Just a quickie- I always think sunnyday is talking about her boyfriend not her breakfast too.
Tappy- we all know Frogs wear fleeces :rolleyes: and well done on maintaining.
Must admit Caterina when you said you were a fallen women I sat up straight and expected more out of your post than a takeaway

food for today is a little disorganised, we are off on hols very early Wednesday morning so I'm trying to just use up whats in the cupboards and stuff.

i'm actually quite looking forward to the dinner (making and the eating!!!)

I overslept this morning :mad: but probably due to everyone else celebrating the roads ere VERY quiet and I made it in on time! I did miss my planned early morning swim dso I'll go at lunchtime.
I had my berries last night thet were LUSH:drool: tiny strawberries and fresh rasberries and blueberries.....I think I'll have to visit that fruit stall again.........
Boiled eggs and soldiers for brekkie, I've got a rice salad for lunch but not sure if I fancy it........might treat myself to a butty after my swim.
WI tonight:eek: - quietly confident that I've lost a little but we'll wait and see.
Tea.......not sure, only myself to see to so I might have egg and SW chips.
I've got a mucky job to do this morning (YUK) overalls, mask and rubber gloves mucky:eek: but will be back later. :A

Morning all, a bit later than usual today as I 'm not driving to work so I can have a lie in (have to leave early to get a space as there aren't enough). Anyway, I am feeling positive today but must remember to eat regularly if I am hungry and not let myself get to the ravenous stage.
B: Porridge with skimmed milk and apple
L: Salad and tunaNot sure yet, OH is cooking but he will choose something sensible so anything is fine by me
I am sure snacks may involve another scoop of Mackies ice cream later today, I love that stuff! I will try and get some cornets though as its easier to portion control than dumping it in a bowl with a big spoon!0 -

off to work later and got to have 2 meals there so will be taking food with me. My sister did really well at SW last night after struggling for a long time - she started a new job last week and is so much happier there and she lost 4 lbs!:j
B - soaked muesli
s - banana and pear
L - small slices of seeded bread with cheese(28g) and salad leaves and tomato chutney and some grapes and possibly some chopped up peppers and cucumber to nibble on.
s - low fat probiotic yoghurt(no sweetners)
D - quorn cottage pie and veggies
S - more yoghurt or fruit.

Also thanks Caterina, someone in the same gardening boat as me. I still haven't managed to sow anything yet but have got my patch finally dug over and ready, I've had to get rid of loads of post extension rubble, clay and stones from my patch so it's taken me ages. I might need a bit more soil so will get that today and hopefully sow sometime over the weekend weather permitting. Don't worry about the curry, I had one last night too
, and I'm going out for chinese on saturday

Going to try to be really good now to compensate as WI is tomorrow.
