Frogga :T :T"It came to me that every time I lose a dog they take a piece of my heart with them. And every new dog who comes into my life, gifts me with a piece of their heart. If I live long enough, all the components of my heart will be dog, and I will become as generous and loving as they are." Unknown0

afternoon!
MRSM - hope you enjoyed the picnic;)
frogga - congrats on your 1000th post!:T
had a tuna sarnie for lunch which was yummy. Have hopped on the scales before I go to SW and at best will be the same:rolleyes: dont know whats wrong cos i think I have eaten quite healthily and exercised too:rolleyes: its so frustrating when you only want to lose a little bit! I think I need to have a bit more variety in my diet - too many jacket spuds with cottage cheese , I just havent had the energy or enthusiasm for cooking lately.
Will let you know the damage later.
Guess what's for tea later? jacket spud and cottage cheese!:DDo what you love :happyhear0 -
Afternoon!
Frogga - well done for resisting temptation today and on an excellent 1000th post:T
Ruthibe73 - Welcome:D
Jlynncsf - ooo, your date sounds promising - I take it you are going to go out with him again? Good luck and have fun!;)
Suzid - well done to you too, I would never have resisted the chocolate cake, it is my one true nemesis:p
I have been a good girl:
B - branflakes with skimmed milk
S - 1 small digestive and an apple
L - three ryvita with cottage cheese and cucumber
S - half a packet of Sunbites (yummy) and a yoghurt
That's it so far and I must admit I'm going to blow it a bit with dinner - Homemade burgers on rolls with salad, cheese and tomato chutney. At least I've had a low cal day so far, damage will be minimal!
The next few days are going to be hard as my BF is going to be away until Monday. This is when I usually binge on all the things I'm too embarrassed to eat in front of him (I think someone else has said something similar today), such as whole pizzas, entire tubs of Ben and Jerry's, whole loaves of chocolate chip brioche etc etc. So I'll be coming on here as much as I can to try and stay motivated. I doubt I will have lost any weight this week and possibly put on due to TOTM so maintaining my motivation for next week will be hard:o0 -
Caterina - I grow my basil in a window box down a sheltered side of my house and in a great big terracotta pot on a south facing window sill. Both do well but the window sill is in the lead at the moment.

I think, MrsM, that is what might be described as TMI! Anyway, didn't you tell us you hung them on the corners of the washing line, to catch the breeze and make it spin?"Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad"

Evening all
Think thats enough talk about my not so SMALLS thankyou
Well i have been ok with my food today..ended up having some of the beany/grainy salad with a smidging of feta for dinner ... have eaten quite a bit of fruit too...
Feel fairly bloaty but think that could be partly down to the beany/grainy thing:rotfl: ...
Have done very little today.so its a good job i got a walk in this morning !!
Have allready decided that for the June challenge im gonna aim for the 100th lb...so at the moment it will be 5.5lbs... hopefully i can shift a bit more this week and next...If so i might have to move the goal... not setting anything to major mind
Superspam... I used to be a terrible secret eater... since joining this thread i have managed to control it..but twice when hubby has been away recently i have gone to the shops deliberately ..planning on a food fest.. but somehow my sensible voice in my head has managed to shout loudest...and i have come away empty handed
Its crazy... if it was an uncontrolled fill my face job i would understand it more ..but these would have been totally controlled -doing it on purpose fests
Taplady... good luck with the weigh in..pinkies crossed
right im gonna get off again
have a good evening all-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50
