Food today shocking, Breakfast fine, oats and banana. So far for lunch have had soft eating liquorice, a mcFlurry and a slice of bread and marmalade. I think I really want a cup of tea!
I went to have my 'hair' cut, but it was right over lunch time. Then stopped at B&Q on the way back for ceiling paper for my treatment room and some samples for one wall, checked out flooring too while I was there. Had to pass the mcflurries on the way home, except I stopped!
Chorus is going out tonight on North West tonight at about 6.50pm, it's the last item I'm told and about the footy... well there's a surprise!
Tea... eggy bread for the kids, I think I might make a spanish omelette for dh & me."Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad"

Hi All
Welcome to all new posters, and well done any losers I may have misssed.
A later posting than usual for me today as I've been working (for a change). I had an afternoon's supply teaching booked and have been drawing plants with 10 and 11 year olds all afternoon. I used to teach at a small village school until OH came along and took me away from all that but do go back for the (very) occasional day's supply. It was lovely to see everyone and I had some of my old class in the one I was teaching today - who all seemed pleased to see me.
So no exercise yet for today but am hoping for a walk with friend and her dog after the evening meal whilst OH watches 'his' programmes. We should manage an hour or so before the light fades.
B: Cereal with skimmed milk and raisins. Cranberry juice.
L: Took a packed lunch and ate it in the staff room, catching up on the gossip. Wrap with ham, HM coleslaw and tomatoes. Stewed rhubarb with Greek yoghurt.Don't feel much like cooking so egg and SW chips, mushrooms and peas. Orange.
Have a good evening everyone.

TOADS I've been having a whole blooming chorus of the drated things.
DH's birthday yesterday so he bought a pack of 8 thats 8 fresh cream and jam donuts, didn't have one:A . He and DS4 eat the lots. As if that wasn't bad enough we went out for a meal last night and my gammon turned up on a square plate the size of a tea tray with a mound of chips and peas and tiny salad. The gammon was the size of the plate too  . Managed to leave half the chips, then DH asked ' would you like a pud?' . As he'd not had any chocs for his birthday he decided on a choc fondant cake - it was humungus  . I had to sit there and watch him enjoying every mouthful while not having a crumb!!! It's been so hard, ladies, so hard, sob!!!
MRSM will tell DS2 about the wiffy penguins :rotfl: . Just spoken to my neighbour and her DS is off to Afghanistan in November, his second time. Both our lads are RAF, her's on the Chanook's and mine an armourer and bomb disposal. They have such a gift for worrying their mothers  .
I started using the pedometer last week and have been delighted that I normally walk between 16000 and 12000 steps a day. 7500 on the pre breakfast walk with great protector. No wonder I'm always looking forward to my breakie.
Today I've had fruit and oatabix with yogurt and ss milk for breakie.
Beans on toast with butter for lunch with cranberry yogurt.
Snack has been dates and fig.
Tea will be chicken (managed to lay my paws on some free range chicken pieces after months of empty shelves) stir fry with noodles and sweet chilli sauce. Yum.
Great big welcome to newbies, and :hello: :hello: to everyone on our nice new thread. Lets hope it will inspire us to even greater successes. (spelling has never been my strong point, has anyone noticed?:o )
Enjoy the rest of the day folks.
