    morning all :hello:
i didn't manage to post the table last night as OH needed to show me what to do and he got involved in doing something else  hopefully he will show me later.

food yesterday was total carp so today i need to do plenty of exercise and healthy eating to make up for it.

    food today-
    b: yoghurt and fruit
    l: pesto pasta
d: some sort of broccoli bake thingy

have to go out shopping later so that should be some good exercise.

had a revelation last night whilst starting to sort out the big monthly online shop to be delivered when we get back from holiday. i thought maybe if i buy brown/wild rice, brown pasta etc etc and for the time being mix it half and half with the white then we will get used to it and over the next couple of months switch us over to it completely. i think DS and OH will need an adjustment period :rotfl: the only thing is its no exactly :money: the supermarkets dont do big bags of it like they do white rice/pasta (not that i could see anyway) and although i cook most stuff from scratch now i don't have time to be making pasta!! anyone know of somewhere it is cheaper?

congratulations to all the losers (i should know who you are but i've forgotten already  ) :T :T :T

    Morning all!

I am starving this morning, probably because I was about 400 calories short of my normal intake yesterday but I just didn't fancy anything else. I suppose its all part of learning how to listen to my stomach and only eat when I am hungry not when I think 'what can I use up those last calories on'

B: Porridge made with skimmed milk and water with blueberries
L: Haven't got anything so might take a walk and buy a jacket spud
D: Not planned yet (oh dear!) could be chilli, could be HM singapore chow mein or sausage casserole, we'll see!

Have a good day all :)
