    Hi all

Thanks for good wishes on curry, it was delightful, than you! And, Saversarn, sorry to disappoint scandal-wise, I shall have to post some of my super-extra adventurous (NOT!) sex life next time ! LOLOLOLOLOLOL, that would do truly boring reading!

    Taplady well done on STS!

Purpleivy please do not despair for the snacks, it is not self-destruct, we all do it, I did it yesterday with curry! BTW loved the bit of chorus, shame there was not more. Every woman in there looked really glam, so you must be a glam lady!

Toniwoty well done on your techie skills, just in time to update my LOSS!!! The gym scales appear to have granted me a loss of 2 lbs (back to 13.5!!!)

Girl Least Likely To, let's keep each other updated on our gardening (Or lack thereof LOL). This weekend is IT!

Jlynncsf, hope your stomach gets better, especially with the date looming! Can't wait to hear how it all goes.

    Anyway, this is my day:

Breakfast: 3 ryvita with reduced sugar strawberry jam

Went to the gym for 1 hour aerobics and lunges/weights (bl**dy hard work that was!)

Lunch: rice soup with chopped chilli, greek salad with tiny teaspoonful oil, strawberries with 0% greek yogurt.

Snack (Planned) 4 prunes or dried apricots

work work work all afternoon, annual stats and emails *sigh*

Dinner (planned): Chinese soup - mix veg and buckwheat soup with tofu and seaweed, flavoured with soy sauce, nice and fat free.

Then going to my sewing class with DD, and prob. will have a snack on my return, low fat fruit yogurt or something like that.

Gotta go, it's that time of day when work beckons!

    Caterina
Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).

Hi Caterina, I was the left hand one of the 2 the first time they showed the close ups. I think on the 'watch it again' it's cut short, so B & I are the only ones that get the close up! It's never been me on the closeup before!

Food wise, today isn't being the best! Normal brekkie , bits and pieces for lunch... a slice of bread, cheese and pickle, some cereal. A ww yogurt, can't remember if there was anything else.

Just a wondering, have any of you guys got a trampette / rebounder / mini trampoline thing? I'm contemplating one (have got some Amazon vouchers and there's one reduced to £19.99 on there).. think it's a really beneficial form of exercise? x

    Howdy Girlies

Hope you are all having a good day!

I am a beer festival widow this evening. I am at home with my two (2 and 4) whilst hubbie enjoying numerous beverages at the beer festival - mmmmmmmmm who has the better deal - mmm thats a difficult one. Quite looking forward to having a bath and reading a book in peace and quiet. Is it just me that seems to go for a bath, only to find hubbie and kids come to talk to me all the time I am in there!!!

Bath will probably be a lifesaver as I figure if I say in there long enough, I won't be bothered to go naughty food hunting!

Reached my 10,000 steps at 4pm today so really pleased with that. Made a delicious pudding tonight but will def make it again for a snack. Wanted to share it with you all.

    Apple & Grape Jelly
1 packet of sugar free lemon and lime jelly
    1/4 boiling water
    1/2 pint apple juice
    8oz grapes.

Dissolve the jelly in the boiling water, and pour in the apple juice. Pour 1/3 of the liquid into a bowl. Halve the grapes and put into the bowl. Put in fridge until set. Once set, pour the remaining jelly liquid on top and leave to set.

    Its really scrummy.

Hope you all have a great evening!
