I said yesterday I felt smaller but not lighter, but I have lost a pound so I'm dead chuffed, and I've discovered  there is still another week of May, which is pants on the payday grocery challange thingy, but great for my Marv in May which is not looking soo unrealistic now.
I'm sure my 17,700 steps yesterday helped :A
Just the bank hol and DH birthday to negotiate now :eek:0 -
Right, just waiting for dd to be ready now.
I have packed lunch, banana apple, orange and ww yogurt. I'm sure that I haven't been eating my 5 a day, so that's a good start.
I need someone to check with me later that I didn't buy anything at work. Please?"Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad"

Morning All
I'd like to report a 1lb loss this week. Although I have to question - Is it really a loss as I put 2lb on last week whilst on hols? My overall loss is 3lb but I had lost 4lb before my bloomin holiday  . Onwards........
B - Wholemeal toast and butter scrape
L - Mackeral and salad
D - Cheese slice, veg and bit of mash.
Caterina - would love to compare gardening, we can be gardening buddies. What are you growing? I haven't grown anything before. I have toms, runner beans and some bedding plants already outside but haven't sown anything yet. Of the top of my head I had seeds for lettuce, radish, beetroot, carrots and I must have others but would have to get off me bum and go downstairs to have look  . I'm going to check morrisons this morning to see what else inspires me, I don't want to grow stuff that I won't like iykwim?

Hello everyone - well done to Mrs M:T Frogga:T Saversarn:T and GLLT:T on your losses this morning, and :T to Ruthie and Bobbadog for maintaining their weight loss (sounds so much better than STS I think). Pebbles and Superspam - at least you didn't gain 3lbs like I did last week!

I don't know what I am going to have to eat today yet but will report back later!
Kyle - I have just noticed all your competition wins - what sort of comps do you enter? The online ones or the normal snail mail ones? I would love to start doing competitions but get put off by the thought that I have no chance of winning!
Hope you all have a great day!Jane
