    Morning Peeps,

I was up early cheerfulness but I was waiting to go to the loo before I got on the scales :o but I couldn't go and my patience got the better of me so .................................
    Lost 4lb so down to 17st 13lb
    making 19lb loss since M in M began :D
Quite pleased with that, but it is hard seeing such a little change on the scales as I'm am used to weighing monthly and seeing HUGE jumps :o have to say "OMG MrsM, 1 more tiny little one next week and that'll be 7 st :A"

When I think if you doing it I think you're are amazing. When I lost 10 st I just thought how auful I was that I'd put that much on in the first place

Have a good day the rest of you, roll on next Friday ;)

So I'm not the only one that won't put a tootsy on the scales till 'i've been.' Thinking we're not alone in that.

    morning all :hello:

well done to our wonderful losers - frogga mrsm rockie and caterina :T :T :T :T :T :T :T i'm so pleased for you all :D

superspam don't worry about that tiny lb, like you said its probably just TOTM and will be gone again next week ;)

well i stuffed my fat little face yesterday :o made the mistake of buying a tiger loaf (just a small one mind) in asda and can't seem to keep away from it. so yesterday was (incl main meals) - strawbs and yoghurt, muffin, 4 slices bread and jam, muffin, 2 slices bread and jam, HM burger salad and pittas, cookie, ice lolly

so looks like at least some of that 3.25lb is going back on....
well i plan to try my best between now and WI, i still have 4 days so a STS is possible i guess.

i seem to have slackened off with exercise and drinking lots so its back on with the pedometer and i will grab myself a drink in a sec to start that off.

    food for today:
b- 2 bits of bread and jam :o
l- yoghurt and strawbs (and maybe one itty bitty slice of bread and jam)
d- sausage casserole and new potatoes

want to add, in my defence i only use a tsp of jam and no butter so its not that bad..... .....and its a small loaf so the slices are smaller..............................:o :o:o

    was that enough excuses?!

Mornin' all (stifles yawn!) I'm not usually out of bed for another half hour, but couldn't stay in bed this morning for some reason. I guess it was hearing the weather forecast on the radio telling me rain is on the way that made me get up and make the most of the sun shining through my bedroom window.

Well, I too wait until I've "been" before I weigh myself!! Happy (ish) to say I've STS
and thats largely down to it being TOTM at least I've not put on like I usually do! Hopefully this time next week I will have lost 2 stone!!:rotfl::rotfl:

Breakfast will be toasted HM white roll (I'm only gonna have one today!) with clover and peanut butter.
Lunch will be 1 white pitta filled with lettuce, carrot and red pepper and someof last nights chicken fajita! That was a huge hit with the whole of the family last night, so I know I can do that again. DH had a huge salad with his last night.
Not sure about tea yet though.

Must go off and see if I can find weather for Sunday & Monday - we want to go to Southend Air Show but weather is looking decidedly dodgy so need to decide which day might be the best.

ooh well done MRS M & Frogga and everyone else who looses today or STS like me.

Buy your bananas in bunches of 5 on Sunday. Then arrange them in order of ripeness and write a day of the week on each banana in felt pen, Monday on the ripest, Friday on the greenest to save time making those decisions on a hectic weekday morning

    Morning all!

    I've stayed the same... BOOO!!!

Was positively saintly yesterday, stayed on target, didn't overeat and had strawberries for desert (whilst OH had an ice lolly)

    Today:
Breakfast: 1 boiled egg, 1 slice wholemeal
Snack: 1 home made hot cross bun
Lunch: leftover chicken stirfry w/ noodles, carrot
    Snack: orange
Dinner: Wholemeal tuna pasta bake (may crunch a pack of low fat crisps on top too)

Have a good feeling about next weeks weigh in though... OH and I are visiting the big Whole Foods shop tomorrow as a bit of a treat for me, so will stock up on nice stuff! OH wants to try Dragon fruit after seeing how purple it was on last nights Come Dine With Me, so will have to track down some exotic fruity goodies for him!

    Morning :hello:

Some fabulous losses this week, well done all :T

My WI isn't until tomorrow but I just don't feel like I have lost anything even though I have stuck to plan all week. We'll see, hoping to go for a super duper long walk tomorrow with my friend so hopefully the weather will stay nice for us.
I'm trying not to eat too much during the day today because I promised OH I would make pizza and coleslaw when I get home so that will probably absorb most of my days allowance :o

    B: Strawberries and yoghurt
L: Salad with small amount of tuna
D: HM pizza and HM coleslaw with huge side salad

Have a great bank holiday weekend everyone

    Oh well done girls :T :T :T . Blooming MARVELOUS!!! :j :j

Been up since 6.30 contemplating SLUGS  . Read in a mag about the stuff Monty Don was trying. I thought it had to be applied in the spring but no, yay!! So watch out you pesky blighters, I've just ordered enough to decimate the whole population in the veg and fruit plots. They send you a pack every six weeks to retreat the area and it's completely GREEN only slugs suffer :D . Then I'll get DH to put copper pipes on all the timber edges, this is all out war, as one of the sprouts is looking like a doily, and the beans are ready to plant out  . The marigolds are history!!

We had a lovely day out at Beddgelert and Porthmadoc yesterday. The dogs paddled in the river and I bought 2 pairs of waterproof trousers and a jacket, reduced (in size as well as price), so well chuffed. The girl in the shop gave me an odd look and enquired if I was expecting wet weather :rotfl: . Explaned about the mutts and said I spend alot of time in mud!

Off now to walk one of the muttlies and then DH is talking about putting up the scaffolding for the fruit netting. The bushes are loaded with fruit, can't wait to get my choppers on them.

Morning all, not feeling too cheerful this morning, I have to spend a lot of the day in work, whereas at the mo I normally only do a lesson as a stand in for someone. Will be transcribing an exam paper for a student whose writing is terrible (He has disabilities.) Don't know why there isn't an emanuensis, but I suppose I do get paid for doing it.

Don't need to mark me down for any weight lost thanks.... But well done all those who have weighed in already, you're all putting me to shame.

have had usual oats and fruit for breakfast. Lunch may have to be at work. Don't know what that will be, hoping I can get some salad. Maybe I should take some fruit and yogurt if I have time to pack it.

    Dinnner? Who knows?
