B - soaked oats, sultanas and apricots
L - carrot and parsnip soup with soup and grain mix (HM)
T - NOt sure as only me, i do have a tub of cattage cheese that needs using so prob something with that.
really looking forward to planning my food today as we have had such a hectic week that its been a case of just grabbing a quick bite here and there! still our fence is up now and its looks stunning, so proud of DH as its the first one he has done all by himself and it is fabulous!!
im keeping my fingers crossed for him today, he is off to hamilton in lanarkshire to see about a poss new job, its weird, there are no actually vacancies but the guy who runs the team employs if he likes what he sees (if that makes sense), the guy has asked him to go so im SO hoping that it works out. It would be a huge help financially for us and i would actually get to see more of him, so fingers crossed!!
have worked out its 106 days til my hols now, so i am getting my finger out, got a pilates dvd to do most days and will be on my exercise bike each night, if i can lose 3 stone by the hol i will be uber happy (plus all my holidays clothes are way too small at the mo and i refuse to buy more!!!)

Morning all!
I finished work at 4 instead of 6 yesterday, and went home and baked Hot Cross Buns and garlicy bread... Ate one Hot X Bun, 2 slices of garlic bread (with dinner - lasagne and asparagus) and OH and I shared a Del Monte Smoothie Ice Lolly (mango ones are to die for! 97 cals, no fat, just fruit!) I didn't drink any alcohol though - and OH did, so that's a good plus. And well, half an ice lolly is better than a whole one!!
Today:
B: 2 dippy eggs, 1 slice of wholemeal toast
S: two leftover sticks of cold asparagus!
L: half carton of red pepper soup, Hot Cross Bun
S: pearchicken and ginger stirfry with noodles... strawberries, for desert
Feel quite good today - got a spot of sciatica going on, my left buttock is amazingly numb, but it's quite amusing. Roll on weekend! Am going to bake lots of cheesey rolls for OH's lunches. Never done them before, as simple as it sounds - am only just getting the hang of making breads! Pity for the waistline! xx

So - made a scrummy curry last night - had a scrap of left over chicken (not enought to do much with) so threw it in with some veg, pots and curry paste, tin of toms and Robert is my Uncle (yes honestly:D ) a lovely huge dish of curry. Had a portion for my tea and rest in freezer for another day :T :T
Today has been cereal for brekkie, just had a choccie biccie, lunch is a bagel with laughing cow and salad, yog and fruit and tea tonight is h/m chilli with a jacket spud - yum.
Fingers crossed for all weighing today. Back later to see how you did:A

Is it cuz I've got a hankering for cornflakes & ice cold milk:drool: usually supper-time? But I AM trying to be good everywhere else......had a tuna jacket pot yesterday that was particularly yum, & tried a whoopsied burguler that were supposed to have cheese & onion in them....only I guess no-one told the meat that!
I'm gunna have to try frozzed yog--almost bought a set of lolly-makers in MrS & I'm tempted to go get them now cuz they are only diddly----that was the reason for not getting 'em, but I've just had a :doh: & realised they would enforce Portion Control:embarasse :wall:
I wore another skirt rescued from the Black Hole yesterday & it is definately fitting me alot better than when I bought it:T Not quite a size down, but heading in the right direction.

Hello everyone, hope y'all are having a good day. Me, not so good - I woke up at 4am this morning with stabbing pains in my stomach, they're still there but not as bad as they were, can't think what it is. Anyway, I definitely don't feel like exercising yet, so may do a run later if I feel better. Also, not that hungry, so far have only had a cuppa and 2 slices of buttered toast made with plain bread (do you get that in England?) - it's bad, but better than nothing. Will have fruit later, no idea what to have for dinner. Will need to see what I have. I'm eating out tomorrow - going to see Indiana Jones, yay! My date looks set for Saturday, so may need to pop along to Primark...it's great, this being off work - don't go back until Tuesday!
Anyway, have to go now but will be back later. Jlynncsf.0 -

Just had the last two sausages left over from last nights tea for me lunch, nothing with them except a bit of brown sauce on the side to dip into.
I seriously need help with my eating, I can see the fruit bowl over on the side at the mo. There are 3 granny smith gong wrinkly and 5 small gala apples again going wrinkly. I could peel them and eat them skinless I suppose.... can't really be bothered. Ah I've got some frozen grapes in the freezer (obviously where else would frozen grapes be kept? doh!) I think I'll have a handful of them and at least it will be a teeny bit towards my 5 a day. Ooh just thought I could stew the apples and then freeze in portions (how big is 1 portion in weight??) and then have with some HM yoghurt. I've been very bad and only had a can of cherry coke since getting up this morning - need to make sure I keep my fluids up.
Ooh just thought about my tea, I could do me and DS's chicken fajitas type thing - got some cooked leftover chook in the freezer and pittas in freezer, enough herbs and spices etc to make the seasoning. Hmm DH won't be keen on this - he has a demanding manually intense job and needs to keep his strength up so my mum keeps telling me. Suggestions on how I can turn the fajitas into something more than a snack for him?Banana LoversBuy your bananas in bunches of 5 on Sunday. I get weighed tonight.... feel slimmer but not lighter IYKWIM :rolleyes: and my last weigh day was Sat and in the morning... ooo get me thinking of excuses already
