Hello everyone - haven't been at the computer much over the last couple of days - DD2 has been off school - she went to the Crocky Trail with her class and fell off a rope swing and hurt her arm and neck - it isn't too bad but she is making a right song and dance about it! I think she is well enough to go into school tomorrow as it is the last day before half term.
Food this week has been good and I am hopeful that I will show a loss in the morning.
Well done to Rockie and all the losers and STSers this week! - Have just flicked through the thread and so can't remember who lost what ATM, but will check back when I have more time.
Food today has been:
Breakfast - a banana
Lunch - 2 apples
Dinner - bulghur wheat salad and crackerbread
Haven't had any snacks or afters as trying to be extra good. Just had a couple of cups of decaffinated tea and a glass of water.
The bulghur wheat salad is very nice and I had it yesterday too - ate the leftovers tonight for dinner. It is just:
130g bulghur wheat - cooked by absorbtion method (2:1 water/veg stock to wheat) and left to cool and then mixed with 2 chopped spring onions, 2 sticks finely chopped celery, a chopped apple, 1tbs raisins, 1tbs mango chutney, 1dsp curry powder, a bit of heinz extra light salad cream, 1tbs lime juice, 1tbs chopped corriander, and a small handful of freshly toasted nuts (I used flaked almonds and hazelnuts). It made 2 large, main meal portions. I would definitely have it again.
Good luck to all tomorrow's weighers!
Oh yes - welcome to all the newbies too! - you will love it here!Jane

Hi
I've been very good today again. I always find day 3 the hardest for some reason but it's been ok. My sister came over this morning and i was handing out hobnobs and scones and i didn't eat one. I am hungry now though but sleeping will solve that one.;)
Well done to all who've lost weight.:j0 -
Okay... where the hecks all the weigh ins?!! I'm up early full of expectations, definitely needing the encouraging of a ton of weight gone from you lot this morning and NO ONE has shown up early. Get your behinds in gear and amaze me.
Would have at least expected Frogga to be up at the crack of dawn jumping on the scales. You've let me down girl.
Don't want my weigh in tomorrow.I've not kept my food diary this week and I know what that leads to.
Chocolate has featured heavily to relieve stress.
Right, will just sit here drumming my fingers on the table till one of you drags yourself out your cosy bed.MAY GROCERY CHALLENGE £0/ £250

Morning!
I sadly have to report a 1lb gain, which I expected due to TOTM, not being able to run for two weeks because of my back, and my meal out last night so I'm not going to feel bad about it - I have one more week to reach my target for May, although I don't think that's going to happen, 3.5lbs is a lot for me to lose in a week. I did have a little run on Wed which felt ok, going to physio today to get the all clear to run properly again I hope.
Congrats to losers:T:T I'm sure there's more to come today:D And to those of us plugging on - WE CAN DO IT!
