    Afternoon everyone,

Well done frogga, mrs m, cranky, queenpig, kyle and any other losers that I have forgotten :T also those that sts.

I did the roasted veggies last night for dinner. Taplady did not get a chance to try out your sw chips but when I do I'll let you know how they turn out! OH didnt fancy chips so did rice instead.

Met up with a friend at the pub last night. Had 2 orange juices and we shared a bowl of chips but we didnt eat them all. Was feeling good because of the loss so thought I deserved a treat, a little of what you fancy and all that!

Today I've had cereal for breakfast and for my lunch as I really fancied some more! Cereal is another weakness although it is Special K so it's not that naughty! :D
Going to do hm pizza tonight with sw chips and a salad. I'll probably just have the one slice maybe two ;)

Emptypurse don't give up, you'll see the results in the end!

    Have a good afternoon all

    Afternoon all,

Yesteday wasn't so bad, we went for tapas and I tried not to overdo it so hopefully I will have lost something tomorrow when I weigh. Not feeling so great though because I went to try on a few dresses in Coast and even though I have lost 10 pounds I am still the same dress size :( I had convinced myself that it would be swimming on me but it wasn't so I am a bit fed up. Think I need to do some exercise though as tightening things up tends to make things fit better.
At least the wedding we are going to isn't until October so I have plenty of time to lose some more.

Anyway, todays food is OK as I have planned well ahead so I know how to budget it.

B: Porridge with skimmed milk and water & banana
L: Cauliflower dal and wholemeal pitta
D: Jacket spuds with tuna and a huge salad

S: Had a skinny latte earlier to console myself :)
  • Way to go everyone:T :T :T

My scales this morning told me that I've lost 3lbs !!!!!

I don't quite believe it though. OH reckons it's not accurate because I didn't eat any tea last night - I didn't have time between Aqua and going to the pub. Would that really make a difference?

There was a band on at the pub and I danced like a demon. Then, this morning was the kids' sports day and because they're in different classes they were doing different races but at the same time, so I was sprinting across the field between them to cheer them all on. I think I did more sport than the kids.

The thing is though, before I started on this weight loss I wouldn't have been able to do any of that so I'm feeling really :A My feet are aching now though!! Oh, and while I was helping do some tidying up after sports, the wire in my bra snapped with a really loud ping which everyone heard!!! I think I must have put a little too much strain on it with all that joggling around. Anyone know any bras with industrial strength wires??

    Food today

B - Cinamon and raising bagel

L - Grilled mushrooms and tomatoes on toast

D - I'll be busy at the school summer fayre so it depends what OH makes me. Probably a chickpea curry - that's his speciality

Keep it up everyone. Aren't we all Just Great??

    Afternoon Everyone,

Well done all the loosers, and those that STS :j We seem to have a great sense of achievement on here ATM. We're doing SO well :T Well done us ;)

Went ot Sainsbugs and avoided all the goodies with relativly little effort. In fact I can honestly say that it didn't even cross my mind to get binge food. Good eh?

Really looking forward to next WD as I might be 16 something  I will be so chuffed to get there as 5 mins ago I was 19 1/2 st. Time REALLY does go quickly doesn't it? I cant believe this year is half way through already as it wasn't so long ago we were talkin about not going to far off track at Christmas. The weeks and months will fly by and soon we'll all be thin :D

Have a good afternoon peeps, Oooooo and I love the poem ME :T Not one to be out done here's my effort ~

There once was a fat little frog
Who really could eat like a hog
    She binged quite a lot
Was a bit of a clot
and when Mr Frog came home she gave him a snog :rotfl: :rotfl:

Hmmmmmm maybe not Frogga :o Perhaps I'll stick to the day job :D

Having a bad day. First found out the fishing rod i bought for OH for father's day has been nicked from its hiding place (cupboard in communal hallway - suspect builders  ). Then weighed and I've put on a pound since monday. So I went and bought 2 lemon merangue cream cakes from waitrose which I've just scoffed.

    Bah!

(They were scrummy tho :o )

Where has this week gone???? One minute it's Monday then 'bing' it's Friday  .

Have put DH and DS4 on a 'healthy diet' by turning 'really bossy'. They are only allowed 4 slices of bread each per day as opposed to their usual loaf a day:eek: . DS has a quota of 2 pints of milk per day and his cerial is weighed out. To his credit he is trying every new veg and fruit I put infront of him and is asking about calories. I showed him how he's been having huge numbers without even thinking about it. I'd like him to gradually lose some of the excess weight as he is looking very chubby. 6ft 3ins and 18 and a half stone, too heavy at 17yrs. All my other kids are tall and slim but he's got his dad's bad eating habits unfortunately, and I wasn't exactly a good role model now was I :o . So we will see if we can all stick to it. I know much of it is down to me being more forceful and not giving in to the 'just a little treat' mentality. God this is going to be hard. If only they were dogs it would be so much easier :D .

Talking of which, DD now has her little puppy and he's gorgious. I took her for his first vaccination today and he was as good as gold, not a whimper. She phoned me at 7am this morning saying 7 is the new 9 now she has the pup  :rotfl: .
Well done all you fantastic losers :j :j :T :T . I'm so proud of you all, and welcome newbies:hello: , lovely to meet you.
Can I please nominate RS for a sainthood????? :A

Off now to give the tomatos a feed, they've got little tomatos on them already bless them.

    ME - brilliant poem :T :T :T

Just had egg florentine with garlic and herb potatoes. I've stewed some plums and will be having some in a bit with some yoghurt.:D
We might be eating some strange combinations this week as we're having a 'cupboard/freezer/fridge week' so that can save some money for my hols :T
(I need to after what I spent on my dancing shoes last night    )

I went for a swim at lunchtime, it's great now most of our students have finished, you can swim in peace

I think I'll have a glass of wine later, I've not had any the last couple of weeks due to the flu/medication etc so think an ickle glass might be in order....

    Se you tomorrow folks:A
