Hi guys
God I'm so tired. My rotten OH went out drinking last night with a mate (we don't live together) & I like to know he is home safe. He didn't get in till 3am so I was sleeping on & off and not able to relax until then. Looking forward to bed tonight.
Food today:

L - 3 apples, mullerlite
D - beans on toast, 1 slice on plain toast

Morning all, well done all the losers! :j
Having a wobbly week again. Still not binged though so could be worse but chocolate and bread are sneaking back in again. The constant tiredness is taking its toll and I've found myself eating for comfort again. Yesterday the little madam screamed all the way to the clinic, carried on screaming all the way through the appointment and then screamed all the way home. It's no accident that I bought a mint aero on the way home and chomped on that while the piercing screams went on! :rotfl:
Having a pub lunch today, will go for a fairly healthy option. And hopefully will find a pedometer somewhere.:rotfl:
Good luck coping with friday the 13th everyone! :eek:2015 wins: Jan: Leeds Castle tickets; Feb: Kindle Fire, Years supply Ricola March: £50 Sports Direct voucher April: DSLR camera June: £500 Bingo July: £50 co-op voucher0 -
Morning Loosers,
I've just hopped on and lost 3lb this week so that makes my June total 7lb which I guess is on target. Always find it hard to see such a little change as weighing monthly shows a much bigger jump  However gotta be pleased with that I guess. I am now 17st 2lb so with luck I'll be in the 16's next week
Have a good day all, off to Sainsbugs this morning so need to stay strong

I'm really, really disappointed as I've stayed the same this week. This is despite the fact that I've gone from eating 4-5 choccie bars a day to none, have cut down on my portion sizes, drunk loads more water and started cycling to/from the station every day (4.6 mile round trip). As it's only the second week of my diet I thought I'd lose at least 2lb. Goodness only knows how I'm going to find the motivation to stick to the diet next week - there hardly seems to be any point if it doesn't make any difference.0

Empty Purse ~ PLEASE dont give up!!!!
There could be a million reasons the scales said what they did ~ TOTM? building muscles because of the exercise? You only know it's not working if you go 3 weeks without loosing any. Sometimes 7 days is not long enough. Next week you'll probably catch up and loose alot.
When I lost weight before I used to weigh monthly because some weeks I would loose 5lb and the next only 1lb and it got SO dissheartening if I hadn't lost at all.
Forget todays results. Weigh again next week and I bet it will have gone down. Trust me, I'm a frogSay it once, say it loud ~ I'm an Atheist, Anti-Royalist, Socialist, Tea-Total Veggie Frog and PROUD!:D

Rockie and EmptyPurse well done on STS!:T
Frogga and MRSM and everyone else who has lost this week a big well done to you all:T :T :T
I am off soon on my working holiday which means we eat 1 meal out every day:eek: I will try and pick the healthy option if poss but could be tempted by a veggie all day breakfast.A tip I've found useful is when you are eating out with friends is to always order your meal first then you wont be tempted by what anyone else is ordering!
Hope you all have a successful week - see you next weekend!(will be dreading the scales:D ):wave:Do what you love :happyhear0 -
Well done on all the loses everyone. :T :T
Don't stop trying empty purse. Sometimes it does seem that the scales don't reflect the hard work each time. I vividly recall practically booting mine around the kitchen because they were saying a 1/2 lb lost when I KNEW it should be at least 4! I had been good, I deserved it!It will be better next week if you hold your nerve.
Nothing much to say at present and needing to nip off to have my hair cut in 5 mins but wanted to check on the weigh ins today.
Stay good everyone and will pop back later to see how you're all doing.
Opps just spotted your post Taplady. Have a fun holiday with work.MAY GROCERY CHALLENGE £0/ £250
