    Afternoon all
Had a snack size mars bar last night they are my real weakness i love them!! Was in Mr T's getting a few bits with OH and really fancied one so instead of a normal size one we got a duo one and shared it.
WI day today, jumped on the scales this morning lost 2Ibs yay :j
Am so pleased with myself only have 2Ibs to go to reach my JIJ target!

Food today: Brekkie - special K with skimmed milk
Lunch - toast or sandwich with plum jam
Dinner - roasted veggies and rice or mash, I might have a go at making taplady's sw chips instead! Havent had chips for sooooo long!

Having a bit of a lazy day today still in my jammies writing this!
I've just told myself I WILL get dressed in a minute got lots of reading to do for uni over the summer so need to make a start!

Well done to all the losers and good luck for all who have weigh in's today or tomorrow!

Am keeping my fingers crossed for WI tomorrow. Have been incredibly good this week on the food front, have been drinking loads of water and have also been exercising every day (4.6 mile round trip to/from rail station on my bike) so I should have lost at least a pound. Trouble is that I don't feel that I've lost any weight - in fact I feel quite bloated (and no, it's not TOTM). I'll be really disappointed if I haven't lost anything.

I thought that too as I'm a definite pear shape but am now in a 12:j I have huge hips but a small waste so have trouble getting any trousers to fit properly - most of them are big round the middle!

Good luck with STS at SW tonight!;)

I can always hope :rotfl: trouble is if I lose much more from my b00bs I'll have to wear a label saying which is the front:rolleyes:

I have noticed that since I started dancing that my 'love handles' are much smaller and that trousers are fitting better :D

    Hi All,

Congratulations on the weight losses Taplady, Squirmy and Bobbadog.

I make my own version of the SW chips after reading the ideas on this thread. I don't bother peeling my potatoes but just scrub, then microwave them for about 4 minutes. I then cut into chip shapes and spray with oil and cook in the combination microwave oven on 220C for about 10=15 minutes. I don't use Spraylight, just ordinary vegetable oil in a spray bottle I have bought. It is really good and I use it for everything I need oil for. I have only used about 2 inches from the bottle since I started using it at the end of April which isn't much oil at all. It is attractive too - being glasss with a silver and black cap so looks nice standing by the side of the cooker.

I skipped my planned meal last night (grilled fish and vegetables) and instead had a fried egg sandwich!! It still fitted into my calorie allowance though and felt really decadent.

No exercise yet today. It is cold and grey again but I will have a walk to the Post Office at least just to stretch my legs.

B: Muesli with skimmed milk and raisins. Freshly squeezed orange juice.
L: HM tortilla wrap with chicken, avocado and extra light mayonnaise. Banana.
D: Cauliflower and broccoli cheese, grilled fish. HM Greek yoghurt with fruits of the forest berries.

    Hi :hello:

well done on your weight losses bobbadog, taplady, Squirmy and anyone else I've missed :T

I got to have a lie in today as DS is at nursery so I'm feeling a bit refreshed :) My legs aren't hurting as much as I expected them to after yesterdays walk but my sore throat has come back :( I think I'll wait till Saturday before trying to go out again in case there's a delayed reaction - I dont want to be too exhausted/in too much pain to look after DS so need to find the right balance of exercise and rest. Thanks for the support everyone xxx I'm gonna try and see if I can stick to going out once or twice a week so fingers crossed.

    Food today
    B: crunchy nut cornflakes
    L: cous cous salad
    S: yoghurt
D: meatballs with pasta & salad edit: had a strawberry cheesecake for dessert :naughty:

    Take care everyone :)

    Hi all,
Been goodish today even with pub lunch and birthday chocolate tarte in the office:eek: ... anyway I'm off tonight for a lesson on how to use Nordic poles for my walking (my daughters think I'm going pole dancing)
I don't know they say you can't teach an old dog new tricks and here I am learning to SCUBA and use nordic poles all in the same week:D
Glad you are all doing so well, Rockie when you order your 'this is the front t- shirt' get me one too;)
Mrsm I'm fed up with thinking about food too at the moment, need a break so I'll be happy if I just maintain for the next week or so.
Cheerfulness hope your doing ok and Nix stop pumping iron and post once in a while ... I know you're knocking 40 lass but PRIDE is not for another year:rolleyes:
