    Afternoon

Just had to quickly post before making the kids lunch. I had my weigh in last night and lost 3.5lbs. Thats a total of 27.5lbs in 10 weeks. I am over the moon.

Need to be extra good for next few weeks as just found out hubby is taking me to a hotel for the night on my birthday in a few weeks. Absolutely can't wait.

Whether I have had a serious bump on the head or what, but I am finding weight watchers really easy to stick to, I am motivated and am religious with my pedometer and challenge myself to reach my 10,000 steps daily and more.

Probably going to make peope sick being so positive and happy, but I really am. For those struggling, I hope my determination rubs off on you and for those losing - fantastic, well done.

    Hi all,

Didnt get the chance to come on here yesterday, log on today and see there have been some great losses so well done guys! :j

Went out yesterday so had to eat out. Just had fruit for breakfast though. Had a lovely macaroni cheese with bread roll. Didn't eat all the mac cheese though, I probably should have done as I felt peckish later on and had a chocolate biscuit slice. I didn't have any dinner last night as I didn't feel hungry but it means I'm ravenous today!

Had some fruit for brekkie just had some toast and jam (no butter!) and for dinner tonight I'm doing Quorn sausage salad.

Weigh in tomorrow so hopefully yesterday won't have made any difference. I have a friend on weight watchers who had a bag of crisps and a chocolate bar one day, stood on the scales the next and had put on 2 Ibs!!

    Hi All,

Well done on the weight loss Juliav.

I have just made the most delicious lemon curd which no doubt is going to be laden with calories judging from the ingredients. It only took a few minutes too as I used the microwave, whereas before I have always done it on the hob. I have made 2 and a half jars of it which are now cooling. I kept a couple of spoonsful back and mixed it with HM yoghurt. It made an absolutely decadent dessert.

Not much exercise today - just to the village and back which is only a 15-20 minute round trip. It looks quite dark and dull now so I probably won't get a longer walk as I had intended.

B: Muesli with skimmed milk and raisins. Freshly squeezed orange juice (I only have another 3 oranges to use up now).
L: HM tortilla wrap filled with chicken breast, avocado and extra light mayonnaise, served with a side salad. That was lovely and definitely will be added to the menu. Stewed rhubarb with HM Greek style yoghurt.
Snack: HM lemon curd stirred into HM Greek style yoghurt.
D: Grilled haddock in breadcrumbs, broccoli and cauliflower cheese. I will do potato wedges for OH to accompany his serving. Banana.

    Hi :hello:

I'm really pleased with myself today as I managed to get out of the house and go for a walk :) :j Yay Me! I've not been out for months as I've got PVFS and I'm agoraphobic :( (not a great combination to lose weight) So I took DS (20months) for a little toddle around the corner to see the sea :D My legs are killing me now but he's at nursery tomorrow so I'll have a chance to recover a bit.

    Food today-
B: 1 weetabix with raisins & 1 slice of toast
L: Eggy bread with cucumber & carrot sticks - have to have the same as DS or he has a tantrum.
    S: banana
D: chilli, mash, peas & sweetcorn

    Take care everyone :)
