Hello everyone - :T :T :T to GLLT, Juliav, Taplady, Squirmy, Bobbadog and all other losers. Rockie - fingers crossed for tonight's weigh in!
Hi to CLairefun and Nikkinoo and hello to gnb.
I have had a good food day today:
Breakfast - 2 poached eggs, I dry toasted muffin, small glass orange juice
Snack - 1 nectarine
Lunch - slice of ham, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion, peppers low cal salad cream, 1 banana
Snack - 1 oatcake
Dinner - skinless chicken breast, carrots, green beans.
Frogga - WELL DONE with the nuts thing - I know how hard that is to get your head around!
I have been flyladying again today so the house downstairs looks the cleanest and tidiest it has looked for months!
In an effort ot try and keep away from food which I know can trigger binges I have only got healthy food in the house. Kids are not very pleased but were delighted when ex-OH arrived half an hour ago, having been to Costco, bringing a 24 pack of Magnum type ice creams and the same of Cornetto type ice creams:mad: , an huge box of choc gems, a box of happy hippos and two trays of fruit shoots:mad: will have to try VERY hard not to eat the Magnums tonight. Also, school rang today and told me that DD1 had not been in today - I drove her there this morning (35 miles round trip) and dropped her off at the school gate but she hadn't gone in. When she came in tonight I asked her about it and she told me to f*** off. I am determined that it won't make me eat - but I soooo want to!Jane

Hugs RS, I have no advice, just hugs. I also have a lovely ball of brown wool that would do for some of your nativity set hair if you are coming anywhere near Wallasey.... B&M had some cheap wool the other week too.
Good evening everyone, I have waited until evening time to post so that I can post what I really ate today instead of what I intended to eat.
Breakfast : crumpets
Lunch : banana and honey sandwich
Dinner : chicken curry and rice (hm curry)
Snacks : Nectarine, 2 small slices of malt loaf, 3 crackers with grated cheese.
I have had crackers and cheese for my supper the last few nights as this is what I had when I was younger and stick thin. I'm not sure if it's some sort of everlasting brain programming, but after I've eaten them, my desire to eat goes. Very odd, I hope it keeps working.
Hope you're all well, take care,

Thanks Cranky - do B&M sell wool then? I go past a B&M in Southport when I take DD1 to school so I might go in if they do.
Do you ever go to Abacans? I think they sell wool - I will go and have a look at the weekend if I can. I can't wait to start the knitting but my sister's carer (who is going to show me the more complicated stuff) is on holiday for two weeks ATM so I will make a start when she is back.
I haven't had harldy any bread today, nor have I had much other carbs, and I don't know if it is just a coincidence, but I feel "lighter" tonight and I have done more wee's too!Jane

B&M in Liscard had a big rack of it. If the Southport one is fairly big it will probably have some too. It was cheap enough to make me think of buying some even though I had no plans to knit anything. I haven't been to Abakan since I bought the stuff to make my wedding favours in 2002! There's a huge Abakan on the Welsh coastal road too.
I am ok with bread, but too much sugar makes me want more sugar, then more sugar....0 -
