What a nightmare took the girls swimming, and all my daughter did was scream and cry i spent an hour sitting on the steps with the clinging to me:mad: I know its not her fault and screamed for a good reason but boy did it annoy me, so ended up leaving early.

Looks like I have lost about 3lbs but A/F has came to visit (so just as well I left the baths early) so maybe just maybe it might be more.

Which reminds me i haven't ate, will have an apple and a yogurt now because lI'll be getting my tea soon.

Hi Ruthibe - Nix suggested that TheDailyPlate.com the other day - I've only been using it a week, but you can add up ingredients on recipes for that - found it quite useful!

I've been VERY VERY GOOD. It's our companies Birthday today, and not only have I ignored several different types of yummy cake, I also have ignored the champagne! Have had strawberries instead.

Went for a drink at lunch - 1 Gin and Slimline tonic, and then just a slimline tonic. Touch my halo, TOUCH IT!! xx

Ok, I knew today would be a no diet day as my friend and I took the children out, and we always eat out too (once every six to eight weeks or so). Today we all had ice cream too (I had about half of mine), and since we came home I have grazed.

However, my start weight is 15 stone (yes, still!), and I would like to be 14-7 by the end of June. I have bought a load of fruit ready for healthy eating from tomorrow.

  • Think we can safely say this has been another Fantastic Friday for shrinkage Well done girls, dead proud of you!:T

I've just had a lovely week off. Been really lucky with the weather here, not very warm but sunny so ideal for walks and pottering about outside. Went for a swim yesterday morning.... wasn't too sure about going by myself (usually go with a friend) but ended up swimming twice as far as usual without stopping for a natter every couple of lengths!!

Friend had a day off with me today so we hit the shops as planned. Going to a 50th birthday party on the 21st so treated myself to a new outfit for that.... white linen trousers, a lovely green patterny top and some high heeled sandals, also a couple of tshirts and some new undies. Had a Costas bacon sandwich for lunch.... very yummy and less than 350 cals!

Nothing much planned for the weekend yet but I do know I won't be doing any housework.... got it all done yesterday afternoon!:A :D

    Have a lovely weekend everyone!
