Evening Folks......just want to say that if my comments offended yesterday, I am truly sorry. As others have mentioned, it is the hypocracy that angered me:o

I also agree that we all have our own ways of getting things to work for us...even the Green One with her....errrrrm......interesting......choice of sandwich fillings:p& value your opinions of any help that is available.

    Sorry again.....x

  • Hi All

Toni ~ thanks for putting me on the list. Glad you had such a good holiday.

My WD is tomorrow and I'm hoping for a good start to my JiJ challenge as I've been quite good this week. I've done 'Legs, bums and tums', I swam 12 lengths and tonight I've done 'Aquafit', so I'm feeling :A .

Big Mumma ~ Just to change the subject a bit, I'm really curious about how you're going to make your challenge this month. I'm asking because I've got rather large boobs myself, and never seem to lose any weight from them. Have you got a specific way you're going to target them?? And are you going for back size or cup size? My cup size is JJ and so I can never just buy ordinary bras, which I would love to, so any tips to help me shrink them would be very welcome.

MrsM ~ The baguettes look delicious. I was so inspired I went out and bought a tin of dried yeast - only to find an open, barely used tin of the stuff in the cupboard with a use by date of April 2006!! Do you reckon it's ok to use that? I tend to ignore use by dates as a rule because they can be just a marketing ploy, but I don't know about yeast. Also, could you tell me which recipe you used for the bread please. I'm a complete novice.

Well done to all the losers this week and good luck to everyone who's weighing tomorrow.

    Night night for now.

Not been on here again for a day or 2, am feeling yucky again. Pesky headache to blame  . I think DD is over her sickness/trots thing so that's good :). Haven't been eating proper meals for the past couple of days, picking at things, not stuffing myself though. I have WI tomorrow and will be pleased if I just STS.

I feel if I can get rid of this horrible headache I'll be able to pull me finger out :p .

    Hugs to everyone :grouphug:

If you are trying to lose weight and are taking a lot of diet product with artificial sweetner - Aspatame it is probably causing your headaches. Read the labels and cut it out for a couple of weeks and see if it improves. Quite a lot of medical evidence to support this. Included in most chewing gums, diet drinks, many fizzy drinks, lots of flavoured waters and some crisps snacks etc. I used to get several migraines a week and that was the cause.
