Hello I've not posted on here for a couple of weeks - too ashamed of the carp time with food I've been having will blame it on TOTM! It's got nothing to do with my lack of will power at all.
Anyway I've been better since Wednesday, breakfast every morning has been Special K Oats and honey, I've been good and only had 30g with 125ml of semi skimmed milk as per the side of the box - gosh thats a tiny amount!! lunch everyday (almost!) Wednesday was Mr T mixed seed pitta with primula cheese and hamspread and lettuce from the garden and handful of grapes, yesterday was a packet of Chilli heatwave doritos! and tea Wednesday was spag bol, yesterday was chicken, cheese, bacon and potato cakes (think fishcakes without the fish - obviously!! :rotfl:) and pasta. Snack wise I'm alright while I'm at work, its the evenings that I am at my worst, some days are good others are really bad! Wednesday evening I had 3 pieces of hm choc sponge with choc cream cheese filling, in my defence they were only 1inch square! And last night I had 2 large bowls of dry frosties! I have fruit and veg but really didn't fancy it - hmm think I need to try harder with that side of things.
I've also been doing 5 mins a day (apart from yesterday!) on my vibro plate exercise thingy since Monday and this morning I weighed myself and I'm now 14st 8!! Woohoo I can't remember what I was nor can I find my first post on here detailing! But I think thats about a 2lb loss!!:j:j:T
What is the June mini challenge deadline? Can I still put my name down to take part? Um not sure what my target should be but I'll go for a loss of 6lbs.
Well I've hogged this spot for plenty long enough, I'll go catch up now on the rest of the posts. Hugs to all who need them and yippee to everyone else!!Banana LoversBuy your bananas in bunches of 5 on Sunday. Then arrange them in order of ripeness and write a day of the week on each banana in felt pen, Monday on the ripest, Friday on the greenest to save time making those decisions on a hectic weekday morning0 -
Hi Ruthie ~ Edit your post and put your target for June in bigger brighter colours. Then Toni will see them and add you to the list on Page 1. Great to see you backSay it once, say it loud ~ I'm an Atheist, Anti-Royalist, Socialist, Tea-Total Veggie Frog and PROUD!:D

morning all
its good to see some FAB losses this morning already :T :T :T
a massive WOO HOO to MRSM on achieving the big 100! :j :j :T :T :j :j You totally deserve the title Top Slimmer.
Well today for me is hopefully back on track.
B- Special K (well Mr T's own equivalent, which I actually prefer - look at me all MSE)
L- Egg salad in a bagel
D- Meatballs in tortillas
S- Fruit and yoghurts
Hoping to do my pilates workout when I pop home at lunch. Have also been looking at the timetable of our local gym for classes, OH and I are members, might as well start using it eh :rotfl: I think a class will be better for me as on my own I don't push myself hard enough.
frogga well done on the 4lbs, just think what it would have been if you had 'been' first :rotfl: :rotfl: i can't 'go' first thing so i'm sure i'm lighter than my scales say(thats my excuse and i intend to stick to it!)
have a good one all :ADisneyworld Florida in August 2011 :jLost so far: 0 lbs of 4stMother of beautiful son with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy0 -
Wow, well done MrsM, that's fantastic.
Well done Frogga and superspam too, and anyone else who has lost.
I have stayed the same this week, which is more or less what I expected. I am trying to be positive and think that at least I haven't put any weight on.
I am going to try for 2lbs off this week.
Take care all of you0 -
Well done to all the losers this morning. Rockie, spammy, Mrsmc, frogga, sunnyday and Ruthie. :T :T :T :T Really proud of the lot of you!
And special mention of MrsMC for breaking the 100lb mark. Flippin heck, that's fantastic! :j :j :j Wooooo Hoooooo.:D
Thanks also for the kind comments and concern for DS1. A good day was had yesterday with just one little blip.
He is going to have a go at painting his room today (just the one wall a day) as he says the colour is depressing in there. He's bought creams and caramels/coffees to replace. DS2 has offered to do a wall too to encourage him. Not sure if he will cope with doing it (he gets excited then crashes so maybe not) but we shall see.
I agree with you Suzy about the crying. I thought a good sign as its when he does this that I get the 'windows' to talk to him. Otherwise he is like a rockface to get through to.
Sorry for your friend too Taplady. Very hard to help, isn't it and exhausting, too.
Right back to business with the eating. Did much better yesterday and trying to keep focused but my meal plans are going out of the window just at the mo.
Food today:
Toast and grapefruit marmalade
Crab stick salad with seafood sauce stuffed in tortilla (will def have that! )
Bowland cheese and crackers
Snacks - grapefruit, apples and prunes
Saversarn - just another week and duck eggs will be back on the menu. Farmers market next saturday and mum treating me to a dozen.
Hoping seedy bread will be, too. Have neglected to make my own bread and just made the lads their white. Must remedy that today me thinks.
Off to make my coffee and have a ten min surf before hanging out the washing. PCs banned until just before tea as leccy bill way to high and I don't think its helping DS1 being on here constantly, so I must set the example. Bother! I love my 'puter.
Sees you later.MAY GROCERY CHALLENGE £0/ £250
