    Morning all!

Had 8 delicious Swedish meatballs for dinner last night, with a Jack Daniels glaze and salad / little bit of rice. Was too full for a fruit salad or anything, but that's probably as I had a large glass of icey diet coke too and it bloated me a bit! Managed 5 mins of jogging on my rebounder before bed!

    Today:
(10 mins jogging and bouncing on rebounder first thing - small and often!)
B: 1 slice Kingsmill 50/50 toast with few spoons of Baked Beans
    S: Banana
L: Crab stick and boiled egg salad (everything in fridge!) no dressing & peach
    S: Apple
D: Spinach and ricotta Tortellini with HM red pepper salsa sauce (no more than 200g) and 1 small slice of low fat garlic bread
    More fruit later if needed

Have a lovely day you all!

PS: I was given a bag of Maltesers earlier, and I just posted them to a friend who needs chocolate - FAR safer! x

I'm still here :hello: , been reading posts but not posted as I haven't felt very interesting :D .

Got everything planted, potted on or sown in the past couple of days. New carrots covered with old net curtains to keep off carrot fly. Being a horder definately has it's benefits at times. Beans charging up their poles at a fantastic rate :T .

DD & her OH went to choose their puppy last night and took gorgious photos, he's soooo cute. She says I'm going with her to pick him up on Wednesday, yippeee :T .

This weekend DH and I are off to Eastnor near Ledbury to a Land Rover show. It meens an overnight camp, , and then on the Sunday we are wandering home through Wales and calling in on my cousins who I haven't seen in 21years:eek: . Really looking forward to it and have been searching through photo's to show them of the family. Just a snapshot view, not wading through albums!!! It's so daft we haven't seen each other for so long. When I go to Swansea to see my boys I can't wait to get there to see them and then when I come home I can't wait to get back.

RS you stay right here, no going off on your own. I must admit in the past I'd have loved to have a GB fitted but the cost really put me off. I haven't a clue why this time I 've been so single minded and have had very few temptations. The only thing I can think of is cutting out all refined sugars ie cakes and sweets has stopped the cravings  . Very odd but I'm so glad. Plus this time I told myself I'm not dieting, what I eat now is what I always want to eat in the future, and for me it's working. I hope the visit to the Docs really helps you as boy do I know the feeling of not being in control and the feeling of self loathing that comes after the binge. What ever you decide is right for you is fine by me and I know everyone here will support you.

Cheerfulness I know this is going to sound odd but I was glad to hear you DS is doing alot of crying. My DS1 didn't, he seemed dead inside and couldn't express any emotions, it was horrible. A few years later when a relationship broke up it was like a dam burst and he couldn't stop crying. He had months off work and we talked and talked. Lots of things in the past that I didn't know about came to the surface and proved very theraputic for him. I hope your DS will open up in the same way.

Toni, Just great in June target 3 lbs. Great to have you back!

Right off to search for more photo's ie DH & I getting married :D haven't a clue where they are. Probably be next week before I'm back again so good luck peeps with any WI's. Hopefully the tent won't float off anywhere. DH has already said he's sleeping in the car if the heavens open.

    Hi All,

Well done on the weight loss Taplady, and sorry to hear things are still difficult for your son Cheerfulness.

It's really hot and sunny here today. We have a south facing patio and I've had to come in from sitting out there as it is too hot for me in the direct sun. I think I'll walk into the village to the library now and then go back out again when it is a bit cooler.

I've not done a lot today apart from a bit of cooking and some washing. OH washed the kitchen and bathroom floors yesterday after my marathon tidy of cupboards, and then vacuumed the rest of the flat today so all is clean and sparkling.

    B: Muesli etc.
L: Slice of wholemeal toast with chicken liver pate, cherry tomatoes and HM coleslaw. Raspberries with HM yoghurt.
D: Oven baked chicken pieces, new potatoes, peas, mushrooms. Stewed rhubarb.

Have a good day everyone and good luck for all the weighing in tomorrow. I put on a lb after our mini cruise but it has gone again now so I am hoping the scales may drop a bit more for tomorrow.

Hello all, hope everyones ok and hugs for all those that arent.

Havent been on here in a few days. Both me and OH have been ill so havent had the energy to do anything! Had to go to work yesterday and I felt so tired and drained by the end of the day I just came home and went to sleep! Had 3 small slices of pizza at work yesterday as the company decided to buy us lunch and the majority wanted pizza  only had some soup in the evening though when i woke up! Feeling much better today though thank goodness.

Did my weigh in this morning and I've lost 3 pounds this week :j yay!!

So today I had cereal and skimmed milk for breakfast, will have some soup in a bit and then going to do butternut squash, courgettes, pepper and potatoes roasted in the oven served with a little bit of rice. Its an idea I got from my cousin so hopefully it will taste good!

And finally :j:j well done to all the losers!:j:j

  • Not been on here again for a day or 2, am feeling yucky again. Pesky headache to blame  . I think DD is over her sickness/trots thing so that's good :). Haven't been eating proper meals for the past couple of days, picking at things, not stuffing myself though. I have WI tomorrow and will be pleased if I just STS.

I feel if I can get rid of this horrible headache I'll be able to pull me finger out :p .

    Hugs to everyone :grouphug:
  • Hi all - just managed to catch up with you all. :j Am having a tough time at work at the moment so not sure how my JIJ challenge will go - am feeling the need for copious amounts of wine and chocolate.

Will endeavour to keep in touch with the thread though as the support is so fantastic.:D

Was out with a friend last night for dinner and hubby is taking me out tonight so this week is a bit of a blow out - despite all my good intentions at the beginning! And I have only been swimming once!!

Enough grumbling - off home now.

    Just back from WI and I've ....................LOST 2LBS :j :j :j
It's the 2 I put on (undeservedly I think) last week but I'm still chuffed!

I've had a naghty tea though:rolleyes: OH wanted chippy as he only has a 20 break tonight between clients so I called in on the way home, normally our chipy isn't great but tonight he was just taking them out of the fryer as I walked in  so I had chips and a buttered muffin!

I've got my new dance class at 8 o clock so hopefully I'll burn them off:j

    See you tomorrow folks :A
