  • Hello everyone - only just got onto the computer so will have to be quick - well done to ALL the losers :T - there are so many this week! Mrs M - :T :T :T :T :T :T :T on losing your 100lbs - I don't know if you realise just how fantastic an achievement that is - you should be verrrrrrrry proud of you!

I didn't weigh in this morning will get on the scales tomorrow- had to go to A&E last night with my palpitations (AF) wasn't there all that long because it went back to normal. I think it is always worse when I am worried and I have been so anxious this last week about my weight and the idea of getting a gastric band. I just don't know what to do about it all.

Anyway well done to all the losers again!

    Hi guys I'm back!

Have been absent from this thread for about 3 wks due to lots of other commitments plus nasty virus which put diet on hold. I sincerely hope you will all welcome me back with open arms!!

Diet was on hold for a fortnight whilst I recovered but I'm now back on track & raring to get going again with your support. I am tantilisingly close to the 2 stone mark & will hopefully hit by end of next week.

Will restart the posting of my meals tomorrow. Am going to go back a few pages & catch up with what you've all been up to!

    Nice to be back!

    Morning everyone,

Some incredible losses this week. Well done to all the losers. :T :T :D

Unfortunately I can't count myself in among them as I have just weighed in and STS. Don't know why I'm disappointed because I've picked at food most of the week instead of cooking so I should have known what to expect. :o
Once your head gets out of gear it seems so difficult to get in the right mind set but I shall keep trying to do so.

Anyways, I'm going to let some of the encouragement I've gained from you lot this week rub off on me and push forward into next week with new vim and vigour. :p
I've a 10lbs target to reach and I've not knocked anything off it yet. I must be due a big loss week by now. :D

Food today: (and wild horses won't drive me away from this plan today ;) )
    Toast and marmite
Home baked ham salad stuffed tortillas with apple coleslaw
    Bowland cheese and crackers

snacks, grapefruit, apples, grapes (pressie from dad :kisses3: )

Will pop back later and see how you all are doing. ;)

BTW MrsMc - have flowers on my cucumbers, too but chillis have remained the same 3-4" for weeks. Not impressed. Flowers on tomatoes but no fruits yet but basil, rocket and radishes going crazy. :j Still sowing furiously and terribly behind. :p

    Morning everyone,

Congrats to bobbadog, Rose Wood, Only Girl in the house & Queenpig, great losses there peeps!

What i really need to know is how can one verry small takeaway last night (burger & chips) make me put on 3lb? I`m blaming the scales and the fact that i ain`t been this morning yet, i`ll make sure it`s gone by Monday if it kills me!

Brekkie today was a yogurt and later i will be having some pate on toast.

Dinner will be an egg sandwich and tea will be spicy pork stir fry with a jacket potato.

Hope everyone has a good day.

    Morning Peeps,

Horrid weather here today so no going out into the garden for me today, think I'll "do a MrsM" and stay on the setee with me X stctch ;)

Felt sad yesterday because I really fancied a good old binge on lots of lovely food. I wanted some toast and strawberry jam, and lots of it! But I knew that although 2 pieces wouldn't hurt me it wouldn't have been 2. It would probably have been the whole loaf. Then I would have gone looking for something else in the larder like a wild animal on the hunt :o

So, I had a bath like a good frog and then sat on the setee vegging and being grumpy to everyone else who was eating sweets  Got told off by Mr Frog for being "so damm stroppy" so went to bed like a child in disgrace :o

At least I didn't binge I guess. I weighed myself again this morning cause I thought it might have gone down but it hadn't it was exactly the same. I supose if I'd have stuffed it would have gone up. Must not weigh myself again til next Friday or it will start a tren of hopping on everyday which isn't a good idea as I'll get obsessed ( Oooooo how unlike me:rolleyes: ).

Hope you all have a really good weekend. Prob wont post again til Mon as it's hard to get on here at the weekend sometimes. I'll just have a quick peek to check you're all OK.

Well done on not succumbing to the binge frogga, can I have a bit of your willpower please?

Yippee to all the losers. Hopefully I will join you this week! have no "socials" this weekend so that will make it easier to stick to sensible eating. I'm still very "snacky" but just trying to snack on healthier stuff. Cut out tea altogether (as i like it with 3 sugars, with biscuits or peanut butter sandwiches on the side) so that must surely help. And not touched bread apart from a low-cal sandwich when I was out and about one day. What is it about bread that makes a whole loaf disappear in the blink of an eye? And it always makes me feel rubbish and clogged up. Apart from that vogel bread which I LOVE, it's the only bread which doesn't make me feel like I've swallowed a brick. Still can't have it in the house though sadly, as one slice is never enough....

Had to cancel my gym membership which I am frustrated and sad about as I loved the pool and jacuzzi. But no way I can leave the baby for 3 hours a day to get the bus there and back and do a workout/swim. Just getting out for long walks with the buggy when the weather allows. It still hurts to walk a bit though after the birth, sometimes I feel like an old woman when I get up from my chair and hobble around.

    Positive weekend vibes to everyone!
