    Morning Peeps,

VERY quick one as I'm off for the day Sailing with Tadpole 2's class :D Well, the needed parent helpers and I guess I was an obvious choice wasn't I?

Later I will write down EXACTLY what I eat today and one of you clever dicks can tell me how calorific it is. I find that really tricky as I'm not sure how much is in a "bit " of houmous, or P Butter or a "handfull" of leaves et.c

Right, really gotta go , have a REALLY good day pals xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

    Morning:j

Right - I'm feeling much perkier so back to the weight loss challenge! I have weighed myself and I'm back up to 10 stone 9lb which means I lost a grand total of 1lb in May - not very good:mad:

I am determined to better now though. BF's sisters wedding is 10 weeks on Saturday and I want to lose a stone. I'm going to stick to Friday weigh-ins and as I'm already on Tuesday, I shouldn't imagine I'll lose much between now and Friday but who knows? I'm just going to be sensible and try not to be too hard on myself :D

Caught up on yesterdays posts so belated Hoppy Birthday to Mr Frog:D

Hope everyone is well - CONGRATS:T to losers and ((((HUGS)))) to those that need them.

Toni - to sum up my current weight is 10st 9 and I aim to lose 5lb in June

Morning all! Managed 5 minutes of proper bouncing and jogging on the trampette today without keeling over and / or bouncing off of it, so quite happy with myself! I have a hole in my heart and I do loose my breath ridiculously easy, so slow and steady is the way for me. Am ridiculously sweaty, so need another wash before work!

Thank you for recommending The Daily Plate, Nix - I joined yesterday and have found it nice and easy to keep track of so far! Was 54 calories UNDER my target yesterday! Hurrah! Had prawn stirfry for dinner and a small fruit salad for desert shared with OH (a plum, banana, pear and apple shared between us). Let OH have a chocolate mousse that I purchased for him though (he thinks it's a naughty treat, but not that naughty when you read the calories and fat!!)

    Today:
B: 1 slice 50/50 bread with 1 plum tomato on
L: going to Starbucks to meet a friend, so no idea what to have - will have to research now! Have fruit and a yog with me at work though and a tiny bit of leftover stirfry, so could skip the food at Starbucks and just have that with a cuppasoup if desperate!
D: If OH is out, then a small ham ommellete. If he's in, then Swedish meatballs, corn on the cob and salad

I'd better go! Have a lovely day everyone xx

    Morning all,

Its hammering down with rain here, too. Looks very green and lush in the garden tho.

    Food today:
    Readybrek
Foil baked salmon with salad and apple coleslaw
Spicy chicken filled HM tortillas with salad

    Snacks - grapefruit, apples, oranges

Friend to lunch and then weren't nipping out with DS2 for a walk later, so some much needed exercise. If the weather doesn't permit I think we'll have a wander to some friends for coffee later and DS can play with their kids when they get in.

    Take care all.

I am so  over this business with Fern Britton.....at one time she was honest about her weight & kept telling the world how difficult it is to face the attitudes of idiots who think they know what it's like to be big. Now she goes off & does summat underhand & professes to have done it herself...lying little witch.

Can't you tell I'm so pleased for her!

And then 'Tonight' another new 'expert' has reared his seven-stone weakling head to tell us how 'simple' it is to lose weight...part two is on Friday. It's the same guy who was doing 'Chubby Children' on one of the Sky progs last night too.
