Today:
B: 1 slice 50/50 bread with 1 plum tomato on
L: going to Starbucks to meet a friend, so no idea what to have - will have to research now! Have fruit and a yog with me at work though and a tiny bit of leftover stirfry, so could skip the food at Starbucks and just have that with a cuppasoup if desperate! If OH is out, then a small ham ommellete. If he's in, then Swedish meatballs, corn on the cob and salad
Bit of a change of plan - went to pub for lunch, but think I managed it well - had a Morroccan chicken flatbread (scraped the raita sauce out, so it was just grilled chicken breast and roasted peppers / spinach) with a few lettuce leaves and a tomato juice. Think i've added it up to be about 480 cals for the food and 100 for the spicey tomato juice.
OH *is* out tonight, so can be extra good this evening. Just munched on an apple for a snack though.
Love you all x0 -
Hi,
I weighed this morning and i've STS. I'm gutted. Apart from the hobnob binge on Friday night ( which i had plenty of bonus points to cover )i've been really good. I've also done loads of cycling so i can't understand it.Anyway i'm not going to let it defeat me hopefully i will have a good loss next week.

Good evening everyone
Well, I'm back from a few days camping in sunny Somerset. I was quite healthy foodwise (a bit too much of that lovely ZomerZet Zider to be completely good), but I'm resisting going on the scales until Friday to check if there has been any damage.
There are nine extra pages of messages since I went away and I don't think I'll be able to read them all, but from the quick skim I have had there seem to have been some brilliant losses - well done everyone. Even if you've gained or STS, at least you're on here making an effort, and that will pay off in the end.
I'll start posting meals and things again tomorrow.
Bye for now.0 -
YAY:j :j
I've had 2 really nice compliments today:D both people saying I look slim!!
I got my rebounder from Argos.......£1.99'cos I used my Nectar points :money:
and I've just had sweet potato and lentil burger with new potatoes, butternut squash and onions :T
I stopped at Matalan on the way home, didn't buy anything but I did try on a pair of WHITE linen trousers  I've never even tried a pair on before but I was trying on some tops so thought 'whynot?' Size 14's and they fitted!! A little close but I've still got a bit to go to target so I was really chuffed :j :j
Frogga - well done on sticking to your guns :T I was at a leaving do a few weeks ago, huge Indian buffet in the pub:eek: I had a diet coke and nothing to eat! I made the excuse that I didn't know if it was veggie but I don't think that many people believed me
Off to have a little bounce now! :A0 -
Gained a 1 lb this week.
Have just had a butter chicken thingy from Mr T's reduced section.

Blimey - we had slipped to page 2:eek:Hi,

Hi Holly :hello: - sorry to hear you have STS. Keep going this week - with all you did last week you should show a loss next time if you stick with it. I remember being told this when I was a WW. I think I said earlier in this thread that I was once told we don't lose week in weekly cycles, consistency helps with results. Keep up the fantastic work.:T
Well my day has not been too bad:
B Muesli, yog and strawberries
L Ham Salad sandwich, Yog and peach
S Small banana and a handful of Japanese rice crackers
D Pasta bake, yog
Hmm - too many yoghurts!!:D Didn't make the swim, came home to tidy up and do some ironing.
Tomorrow is going to be a difficult day - hard times ahead at work and we are finding out more tomorrow. Will try not to hit the wine bottle or choccie bar! Am out tomorrow night with a friend for dinner so that will be nice.
Night allJoined WW again!! in November 2010 - four stone loss so far :T

Morning folks,
Lovely sunny one today so I'm a happy bunny. Mum coming round soon to help me dig later. Hoping to get some more spinach and my bush tomato plants in today so more free food. :j
Not spotted Toni around. Was she away on holidays this week? And wheres recovering?
Have still not got my head in gear with my eating as there's still plenty going on with DS1 to keep me distracted but I shall endeavour to get myself back in my stride.
It did help last night that a young friend complimented me on my weightloss (I had felt a bit down that no one mentions it) She told me first that I was looking really well these days and then when she could see me smiling said how she thought it was fantastic that I was losing so much weight.
I said no one seems to have noticed but she said they all had but apparently hadn't liked to mention it before as they thought I might be offended. Bless!) I'm still beaming when I think of the lovely things she said.
Anyways, back to basics.
Food today:
Toast and marmite probably
Roasted lemon/garlic chicken with cauli and broccoli
Brie on crackers
snacks - grapefruit, orange and apple
Right off to pop the washing on the line, pot out my tomato plants and make the kitchen gleam before mum gets here. Well thats the plan.
Catch up with you later.MAY GROCERY CHALLENGE £0/ £250
