Hi pebbles
Earlier on some folks were a little boisterous as they were bored and distracting themselves :rotfl: ..will mention no names but one of them was greenand decided to see how many posts they could put up before Penelope penguin spotted them.. well eagle eyed PP saw them pretty quick and removed them to stop the thread getting too long and unwieldy..
So it was pretty much a bit of fun..no actual removal of anything important..not that anything you folks said was "unimportant" of course

Rockie - hope you soon feel better!
had a lowfat yoghurt earlier but still feel peckish - am trying to be good though!Do what you love :happyhear0 -
Hmmmmmmmmmmmm, I get the idea ME , but I am fat, silly
OK Frogga, I accept that (though I've never seen you), but why, exactly, does that matter?
My mother, in her youth, was very elegant - she was a fashion model for a while. She's never quite come to terms with my sister and me. We've both always taken the view that what we do is far more important than what we look like. I frump around in trousers and a fleece all year round, just because that's what I'm comfortable in. If I care to smarten up for a special occasion then that's my choice, but if I don't care to do that then the world (and the family) will just have to put up with it!
Go where you want, do what you want to, whatever shape you happen to be at the moment! If other people don't like it then that's their problem, not yours. If we are supposed to be thin, why does chocolate exist?0 -

Just a quick one...too late and I should be asleep in bed...@work later on today to!
A big ((((((hug)))))) to everyone on this site...looks like we could all do with one or two!!
Fantastic losses this week....and I can join in too for once...4 pounds loss this week ...at last!!!! So although I didn't lose anything during the rest of May ("put on" 2 stone when got new scales that give the correct weight!), I still managed to lose some.
Now for June...I would like to lose 8 pounds...more if I can, so here's hoping I can get into the groove at last.
Must get to bed..will pop in later over the weekend.

Morning MrsMc and all to follow.
Am astonished and delighted to report a 1 1/2 lb loss this morning. :jDon't know how I managed that as I don't think I ate very healthily but I've checked 3 times and its a fact.
Really impressed with the losses this week, well done Keiss, kyle and all those others whose names evade me at 6.30 in the morning. Hmm bobba was in among them as I recall.
So back to business and my food plan and diary. Have decided to set 10 lbs as my goal for June. I may be a bit adventurous there but where's the harm? Not gonna get shot if I fall short after all.
Food today:
Toast and marmite
Chicken salad sandwich with mayo
Chicken curry and rice (I think, out to friends house for tea)
Snacks - grapefruit, apples, apple pie (promised to take one tonight but might not have any)
Hope we all have a Joyous June, I wasn't keen on my May so I'm going to write it off. Will check in later.
Oh and mines a toyboy, too. 43 to my 45.MAY GROCERY CHALLENGE £0/ £250

wooooo hooooo cheerfulness what a loss :j :j :j thrilled for you
Think someone, somewhere has looked after us this week -i had the same loss as you and have NO idea how either :T .... back on the straight n narrow now.. otherwise it will come back n bite me on the bum next week..
have a great day-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 -
Thanks MrsMc and I'm with you on getting on that straight and narrow. The sun in shining, my basil is ready to pick and I'm ready to bite the bullet again and charge forwards.
I'm regarding this past month as a bit of a testing ground to see how far I've come. I've not been as flawless as I would have liked but I made it without chucking in the towel so I guess it wasn't such a bad month after all.Course I don't know what next month will bring.. but everything seems better when the suns out, right girls?
Sees you all later.MAY GROCERY CHALLENGE £0/ £250
