Well done all the losers, I didn't get weighed last night- I felt icky and went to bed with a bar of chocolate instead:rolleyes: slept 12 hours though!!!

Frogga, go with your man he obviously adores you and is proud and wants you at his side, he loves you nothing to do with what size carton you happen to be in at the moment;)
Suzi, you wear what you like, I think Rockie has a toy boy too... I've been good when do I get mine?
Nix Hallalulah sister :p but not sure about nekkid weighing- I weigh myself on my mates scales(thats the default) they are pretty, expensive and lay beautifully flat on her posh floor. Anyway her 11 year old is still having counselling after catching me weighing myself in a T shirt and thong:o
Cheerfulness- hope your lad copes well at work, who knows may help:confused:
Anyway love to all...... and oh yes I am going to my default scales tomorrow:eek:

Started my 'non diet' on Wednesday and weighed myself both yesterday and today. I know I shouldn't weigh myself every day as it's so inaccurate but I couldn't stop myself. And I've put on a lb since Wednesday.

It's not fair :( My eating hasn't been perfect but it's been soooo much healthier than usual. I've managed to stay away from the biscuits completely and have virtually cut out snacking altogether. I've had three meals a day instead of constant grazing - lots of veg & smaller portions of carbs - surely I ought to have stayed the same, if not lost something?

And to cap things all off I bought myself a packet of crisps at lunchtime. Don't ask me why - I just fancied them to go with my sandwich & wine (was at a pub). I know that the best diets include the odd treat or two - but not on the third day! I feel so cross with myself. When, oh when, am I going to change my eating habits properly?

I know how you feel Empty Purse - I just went to the pub - ordered a morroccan chicken salad (no dressing, just chicken, rocket, spinach and peppers) and a tomato juice... but then had a Gin & T!!! Didn't NEED the G&T!!! Should have had a juice!!!!

Didn't make the gym, had to go soddin' shopping

Right! Who was moaning about having a lovely G&T? Hmmm, come on who was it? *looking down thread* Bobbadog, I have just put both those options into me calorie counter
Gin and slimline tonic - 128 cals
    Orange juice - 120 cals
Nooooooow, which one feels better huh? Lovely lovely gin? Or nasty horrible orange juice?

Mothers ruin it may be but goddang it, sometimes we can be naughty and it not be the end of the world. Fruit juice is evil anyway, empty calories without filling you up in any way at all - eat the orange and have a glass of water instead

Purpleivy - please would you post the recipe for the lentil lasagne? And can you freeze leftovers for another day?

Thanks, Weightwatcher Gold member now for four months, still going most weeks, how they hate me ............ they being the WW group, not paying any money in!

Sure...I said I would do the Apple Cake as well. Probably some others too. If you asked and I haven't supplied then do let me know...a PM might be best to make sure I notice.

    LENTIL BOL/Lasagne

We had this first as bolognese, but then I thought it made a nice lasagne.

    2tbsp oil of choice
1 red onion (?? I use any) chopped
1 large carrot chopped very small
    1 clove garlic
    200ml red wine/veg stock
300g tin green lentils (Hmm, I use 250g lentils cooked weight)
    400g tin tomatoes
    seasoning and fresh basil.

Fry onion in oil and then add all the rest of the stuff and simmer till tender.

For Lasagne... white sauce, I start with about 3/4pt/450ml milk
sheets of lasagne (I prefer the fresh stuff as it cooks quickly) I use a pack from Morrisons.
grated cheese for sauce if wanted and definitely to go on the top.
Slices of tomato on the top look nice.

    I assemble 1/2 lentil mix
    half lasagne
    1/2 sauce
repeat. grated cheese etc on top.

Bake about 1/2 hour at 180C

If this isn't sufficient in the way of instructions, then let me know.

WIll try and find the apple recipe.

Crikey, where haz all my posts gone???? And have they rubbed Frogga out???

Seems its not important to know how many calories ironing burns off eh? Well that's another excuse to ignore the ironing pile for a bit longer

Right, just posting to say I've sat and had a think and I am having a full weekend off from the diet this weekend. I'm out with the girls tonight (I'm going to have a pint! I know, I'm a crazy fool!) and then on Sunday I am off to here for lunch, check it out http://www.sharrowbay.co.uk/fine_dining.asp?Page=lunch_menu Now what's the point of going to a Michelin starred restaurant (I'm not paying by the way!) and worrying about the most low cal option. I am going to savour every mouthful and get back on it come Monday. Sticky toffee pudding, you are mine!

Oh I never said congrats to the losers today - well done the lot of you, how blooming brilliant is our gang? :T
