Have lemon juice in a bit of warm water 1st thing everything morning ..it "helps things along"and cleanses your system.. it really does work..
Fingers crossed...i mean for your weigh in..not the other thing-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 -
Hi everyone. I'm not doing too well still, but trying not to let it get me down. Seem to be so busy at the moment and it's not going to get any easier just yet. Didn't help that I got a bit wiped out at the beginning of the week.... read the wrong box for dosage of Sleepease and overdosed rather. I slept nearly all of the next day as well! I felt horrendous. Sort of a hangover I guess.
Had a course for my overlocker yesterday...got a sandwich at lunchtime, which was huge, but no dressings, just turkey and salad and I threw away the big half of the roll. Spoilt it with a mcflurry on the way home. My car just kind of goes there! Was sorely tempted to send out to the chippy for tea, then thought about the £ and then the fact that if I sent them to the chippy there would still be nothing for my tea, so I shoved some jackets in. Low fat apple cake and then another piece after chorus.
Someone asked for the Low fat apple cake recipe, will type it up when I have a minute.
Today Food??? Breakfast will be either oats or granola, should have the oats really. Cheaper and better.
Lunch... not sure (some plan this is!)
DInner, might be tortillas and refritos. Depends on how much help I can get from the kids.
Just enjoying the peace and quiet here for now, kids will be up soon and then we're going to Manchester on various missions. Kids to music shop and me to fabric shop. I hope. Have onslaught of visitors (dd's b/f is already here) tomorrow night with dd's music friends (prob another 6!) staying over. Mum and Dad Sunday-Wed then German friend THurs-Mon.
I think I need a plan!
It seems like a difficult week for lots of folks, hope we all manage better soon."Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad"

Morning
may i jump on in here (and can i have a basic outline of the os way to lose some extra pounds) im slowly creaping up weight wise so much that according to online things im on the brink of hitting the overweight lines of the chart, also must say this is almost the heavyist ive ever been, wont go into too much detail i cannot say ive 'dieted' before but in my younger years but did kinda live on not alot (im sure you get the picture)DFW nerd club number 039'Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts' :money: i will be debt free aug 2010
2008 live on 4k +cb £6,247.98/£6282.80 :T

2009 target £4k + cb £643.89:eek: /£6412.800 -
Shuffles in - head down - have put on 2lb
Gutted.
But - I know why and where I went wrong. So plan of action is to get today and tomorrow out of the way (am out tomorrow night - dinner and then pics for SATC). Sunday will be a new day. My challenges for next week are:
To resume writing down my food intake - it does help me.
To drink more water - have really lapsed on this whilst off work.
To get back to the exercise.
To use my smaller plate for dinners - another trick that seems to help me.
Ideally I would like to lose the two I have put on this week - if I shift that odd pound I will be delighted. :T
Sadly I don't seem to be the only one struggling this week - here's to us all having a better one next week.:A
Good luck to those who have not weighed yet - especially you green one.
And Mrs Mac - turn you sideways you will disappear!:TJoined WW again!! in November 2010 - four stone loss so far :T
Back on the debt free wannabe wagon.0 -
Well done MrsMc :T :T :T Oh my goodness, its over 20 years since I was 13 stone something. I'm so excited for you. :j :j
Frogga - will you just get on and have a $%*&^$ and then I can get off to my mates. How hard can it be to do 'one.'I like to know wots wot before I go.
recovering - u best not hold me up as a good example. After all I said yesterday I was sat chewing the cud with my mum, saying how things are easing a little when I noticed she had eyes like saucers.
I thought, 'wots up with her?'SIX custard creams had been dunked and in my mouth! Took me all of about 5 seconds. Old habits and all that.
A pork pie went down in the evening when I was too busy to eat. (you all know that ole chesnut  )
And to cap it all, I reckon I'll be the one hanging around for nature in the morning cos the whole weeks odd eating has upset the digestive system again.Still, on the whole I haven't binged, just eaten all carbs this week. And we all know wot that can do to the scales so I just may have my first 'put on' week of this year tomorrow. I'll join you in trembling on the scales.
