Hello Newbies! There's always room for more here. cuz we've a good few incredible shrinking peeps among our Happy Throng:D No rules if you don't want them; you decide how your going to change your eating habits & how much you want to shift; there's no need to disclose any starting weight or such like unless you want to--I've not got a functioning set of scales at home & can't always get to the same Boots to use theirs, so I'm using my clothing to judge how well I am or am not doing; we share everything from recipes to tips....ummm.. ....have I covered it all guys?

For a bit of encouragement--but mainly fun--we set ourselves mini challenges along the way. Currently we're about to finish Marvellous in May, & I know the initials are JIJ for next month but can't for the Life of me remember what it means:rotfl: I can't remember names too easily either, but there's a luvverlee Loser who is keeping tally for us so if like you can post your JIJ challenge & how you're doing in bigger red to make it easier to see. Another luverlee poster is also doing a graph too, so we can see 'at-a-glance'.

On a serious note....yes! I too can do serious when I get me head on!SIZE=1]annuvva Worzel Cummidge here![/SIZE...no-one's problems are of less significance to another---if it interfers with your life, then it matters OK? Plus chances are, there's someone amongst us who can give appropriate advice if you feel you can share with us.

Ooh the bergularrs were soooo mmmm-mmm-mmmm*wipes  from chin & keyboard*& the offspring never commented on a 'funny taste' as they have done with the oats....So that was:- Rolled up into a huge sausage & put in an empty bread bag; leave in the fridge for as long as poss, then slice off bits, firm up a bit then 'roasted' in the oven for approx 40mins. I put mine on the griddle bit over the roasting tin so the excess fat drained off.

Let's just say that Pup demolished his too with a bit of grated cheese on the top, so I'll have to stock up on the TVP stuff now cuz I used the last to get rid of the packet:o I would welcome the verdict on how you would consider this as an aid to weight loss, sort of calorie/fat/carbo wise....

Morning all! huge hugs to everyone who could do with one! Well done on the loss, OGITH and Rose Wood!

I stuck to plan yesterday - only snack was a fruit salad with OH last night (pear, apple and apricot) and a ski low fat yoghurt during the day.

    Today:

B: 1 slice toast (white) with 1 dippy egg
    S: Ski low fat yoghurt
L: leftover HM chili with small amount of rice
    S: apple and 2 apricots
D: Chicken, mushroom and pepper Enchliadas (easy on the cheese!)

Have a lovely day you all! xx

Well, supper last night ended up being a couple of glasses of red wine and some pate - not exactly strict but not too piggy. And I'll be good today!

The usual breakfast - fruit juice, cereal and coffee. Lunch will probably be a jacket potato again. It's all very easy at work - it's the evening meal that messes up my "plan". I'm going to try a bit of meal planning before I shop this weekend and then I'll be prepared.
  • Bleurrgh - back to work - so did not want to get out of bed this morning. Will be harder tomorrow as DH is off. He is going to the Garden of England Motorcyle show this weekend with his bike club. They are camping  Obviously I am not going - don't do camping, that's why God made 4-star hotels :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: I never consider anywhere that doesn't have mains electric :D

At least I will have a peaceful weekend and the house may just stay tidy for more than 5 minutes ;)

Still not focused on being particulary good - but I didn't bring anything naughty with me. Off to an agency at lunchtime to register.

Hope everyone is OK today. Hugs to all that need them, welcome newbies and well done losers.

    Byeeee

    Afternoon everyone,
i`m still here! i`ll hopefully get chance to catch up with the last few pages later.
It`s been a bit of a madhouse here the last few days and my shifts have changed as well which is always a bit tiring as no one ever seems to let my body clock know.

Brekkie today was 2 slices of pate on toast and one slice of sun dried tomato and basil bread.
Dinner is kidney bean pate sandwich and tea is sausage mash & peas.

    Well done to the losers.
    Catch up later
