Hello lovely peeps
Normal day here for me today - in the office, nothing is working, general chaos, half term madness. Only thing I do have control of is me eating and exercise, yay!
B = porridge
L = cottage cheese, salad and brown rice
D = dunno yet as............
I have an hour and half private swimming lesson tonight! Yay! Was getting worried about being away from X trainer for a week when I go on holiday and thought 'eeye up, private pool, can get some lengths in' - however I am rubbish swimmer so mate who is swimming instructor is giving me some lessons before we go. Always wanted to be an efficient swimmer and so hopefully this time I'll crack it. Need to try and eat something beforehand though as am trying to eat 5/6 times a day, I just don't log my snacky things on here.
Anyone experienced their fat looking worse as they lose weight? The scales are going down gradually, I can feel muscles underneath the flab but oh lord! The flab looks minginger than ever! Really badly pock markey cellulite! Bleurgh! Apparently this is normal and I have to keep drinking the gallons of water to help flush myself out. But it may be the case that the cellulite never shifts in which case I am stuck with an erse like a relief map of the Lake District - not very attractive at all :rolleyes:
However, I has ribs again! I can see them! And if you were to poke me in the stomach underneath my cushioney layer of flab there are deffo muscles going on. Only little ones but they are there.

I have noticed now that I'm a bit older my skin is less elastic and does not boinggg back into shape or fit my body as well as it did before- now why didn't you tell me this is why I'm drinking the water, if it gives me nice smooth skin that fits woohoo _party_ :j I sound so attractive don't I:rolleyes:
Well done on taking swimming lessons Nix very brave, I'm expecting tumble turns and butterfly by the end of the month:p
And when I go diving in the lake district I may need to borrow your erse if I get lost!!!
Welcome to F_G_F crash diets do make you fat, so do diet foods, I've found what really helps you lose weight is eating smaller quantities of proper food and talking carp to lovely like minded people on a MSE forum:A0 -

We call them chicken fillets - you will find them in the poultry department at Asda and other well known supermarkets. :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: On a serious note - good luck with the bra hunt - I hate buying bras.
Anywhoo - what possessed me to 'pop' into M&S at lunchtime, didn't need anything but managed to come out with two packets of their yummy cookies (bargain as 2 for £2:D ) Today I am on self-destruct :wall:
But - my registration at the agency went well - my typing speed is 64wpm with no mistakes and I did very well on their admin test thingy. Just need to get the jobs now:T

Queenpig my daughter got one of those stick on bra things from ASDA, although she only really needs nipple plasters so I can't vouch for their effectiveness0 -
Hi Everyone,
first of all HUGE ((((HUGS)))) to everyone that need them. Sounds like the majority of us are having a tough time :grouphug:
my tale from my days away should make you laugh though! it proves that there are times i should not leave the house!:rotfl:
off me and DH tootled to york, booked into our hotel, had quick wander round some shops and then bk to hotel to watch a film before dinner. I swear we had been back less than a hour when clumsyo here got 'attacked' by the bed when part of the rail (old 4 poster bed type) from the top came loose and smacked me on the side of my head! (safest place it could have hit me LOL) thankfully it didnt break skin or anything but didnt half hurt, told reception, 10 mins later they rang ambulance for me to be checked out, 'just in case' ! i was so embarassedi told them i was fine! (and i was was even the ambulance confirmed it!)
then after dinner i managed to accidentally hit dh on the inside of his knee :eek: , this morning he was in such bad pain i had to take him to hospital on way home as he cant bend or put any weight on his knee. they checked him out and fingers crossed they have said just to rest it and unless it gets worse/doesnt get better then he should be ok.
believe it or not the reason we went away is cos i wanted to treat DH as we had bit of a rough patch lately, and all i did was injure myself and him! you couldnt make it up!
on the plus side as we went to check out this morning the hotel took care of our bill after my accident, so thank god we got that bit free or we would have been paying for injuring ourselves :rotfl:
next time i get invited away think i will decline - its safer for everyone!
food wise not been great, but did balance it out with lots of walking so lets see what the scales say in the morning!
enjoy the rest of the day peepsPlease be nice to all moneysavers!
