Bit miffed, I've just been for my WI, I've been ill all week but have stuck religiously to the SW plan. On my scales I've stayed the same which I was very happy with seeing as how I've hardly moved never mind done any exercising but on the class scales I've GAINED 2lbs :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:
I cmae straight home and stuffed 2 slices of bread and butter in my gob :mad: so now I'm annoyed at myself as well:mad:
I made quorn fillet SW chips and broad beans for my tea and now I feel uncomfortably stuffed.
Liquorice tea is minging - YUK:eek: It smells delicious though! One of our offices always smells delicious and I tracked the smell to a packet of the tea, I tratted off to the HFS and bought some - disgusting, too sweet, it made me feel sick _pale_ but I've got the packet in the cupboard 'cos it smells so nice!

Day Two of my 'non diet' and I've taken a few baby steps towards eating more healthily. I was on an external training course today - arrived at the venue and was immediately offered coffee & biscuits. Normally I'd have had a couple of biscuits on the spot, a couple mid morning and a couple mid afternoon. But I managed to resist temptation :-) I also limited myself to just one helping from the lunchtime buffet rather than going back for seconds. My only lapse was the chocolate that our trainer put on the table to help us through the final exercise of the day. It was one of my favourites and I just couldn't say no. Hopefully I'll get to the stage where I can resist that as well but it's only Day Two, after all.0

Haven't been on here for a few days, been feeling out of sorts for no particular reason. Maybe it's been the carp weather, felt a bit better having had a lovely trip to a local nature reserve with DD today, weather has been nice. If only everyones problems were so easily solved. So sorry to read about sad goings on that some of us are going through. Makes me feel a bit pathetic for not really feeling myself when others are having to go through such worry and illness.

Well the Turkish food went out the window when we walked past a Kerala Indian restaurant and it smelled so good we HAD to go in!
I had some poppadoms and chutneys then a massala dosa for my main course which is basically a very thin pancake with spiced vegetables in it. Very nice but probably undone all my good work for the week, never mind, I enjoyed it and had a great time with my friend so forget it and move on

Still up at 01.22 - have to be up handy tomorrow too! I finished off the flapjacks (4 of them:o ) at about 10pm, then I had three bags of crisps, a bowl of rice krispies and a piece of camembert cheese and a slice of bread - that will make for an interesting weigh in in the morning:eek: I wish I could stop sabotaging myself this way - I look at Cheerfulness, Mrs M and others who are facing tremendous worries with family and they aren't eating for comfort the way I do. I will not let this slip up totally wreck how I've done so far though. I just wish there was a pill which meant you never had to eat ever, but got all the nutrients you need........Jane

Morning all
RIGHT i am back and will get back into my routine as of NOW.. have missed everyone whilst i have been slopping round the house...
Just couldn't be ar*ed to think about what i was eating and when.. so have not eaten well at all ..including 4 bags of crisps lastnight...and i don't even flippin like crisps anymoreis there a feeling sick icon anywhere ?
Anyhooooo someone somewhere is looking after me as i decided to brave the scales this morning and have lost 1.5lbs:eek: ..which is a shocker to say the least..so i need to get back to being focussed now -so it doesn't turn round and bite me on the bum next week
So thats 7st 0.5lbs gone, making me 13st 13.5lbs :j my MIM loss is 12.5lbs leaving me approx 3st 3.5lbs and bestestest of all is i can now say i have lost 1/3 of my body weight :T
Going to set my JIJ target at 7lbs
Im sure i have missed loads so im going to go back a few days and catch up with all the going on
Have to go shopping today ... need plenty of fruit etc again.. determined to stay on this wagon... this week was a bit bumpy but i think all of you must have been holding me on by my ears ...thankyou all..you are all little diamonds:grinheart
Food today ...hmmm- brekkie -weetabix
- lunch - a piece of salmon with veg
- dinner -chicken pasta salad

we CAN stop this... making ourselves poorley isn't going to help anyone or improve the situations we are all dealing with.. so we MUST look after ourselves..
right im off to catch up with the masses i have missed... I have read most of it..but it didn't actually go in if you know what i mean..
