for breakfast I'm going to have scrambled eggs on toast I think - 2 lots of bread but never mind its what I fancy:D

For dinner tonight I think I might have either a jacket spud or some cheese and leek quorn sausages. see how I feel.

Hope you all have a lovely day!

    Morning All,

MrsM you should write a book :j You're an inspiration :A Anyway I've got some really good news for you too ~ that 5 1/2 lb you lost? Well I found 4 of em  They're clinging to my ar%e as we speak :rotfl:

As you can see I'm not too worried about a gain  I've had a nice week eating what I wanted and celebrating Tadpoles end of terms and Birthday :T and now it's time to get back on board the wagon that MrsM is so sucessfully driving. I think RS and I are the naughty ones at the back sticking our fingers up to the following traffic ;)

    Have a good one everybody

What a glorious day it is! Morning all

Well I weighed this morning as we are going to friends tonight which I fear may really skew my WI as I will drink red wine and eat red meat which for some weird reason makes me put on 5 lbs overnight  even if its within my normal days calories.

Anyway, pleased to report I have STS, I was worried after my daft mid-week sneaky weigh in and the rich food we ate last weekend so I will be glad to get back to normal next week.

Going shopping with my friend tomorrow and then having a curry in the evening then its all systems go with exercise and real food again.

B: Bran Flakes, was going to have porridge but its far too hot
L: Maybe just fruit or a small roll if I fancy it, trying to limit any damage the wine might do :o
D: I think my friends are making beef spag bol and white pasta, 2 glasses Chianti

Have a great weekend all, well done to all the losers and hugs for everyone else :T

Morning MRSM what a brilliant start to being back home again! thats a great loss:T :T :T I like your eating plan - its what i like to do - lots of smaller meals/snacks spread through the day, I find it keeps my blood sugar even and helps my IBS by not eating big meals. i find my tummy rumbles after about 3 hours so I dont like to go any longer than that if poss.

Frogga - glad you enjoyed your week and good luck with getting back on the wagon!;)

floyd - well done on STS :T

am off out soon ready to spoil myself!:D see you all later!
