To-day I started well with breakfast, then had a sardine sandwich with coffee around lunch time, quarter small melon....and then everything went downhill
Dinner:1 chocolate biscuit;
1 hamburger (no bun), large sausage, bbq ribs, 2 potatoes with butter, roast tomatoes, onion and pepper;
6, yes 6 mini mars (lidl version) ...feel rotten even after a glass of water

Feel bloated today but can't face any extra exercise! Sod it.

The beach is shut because they look like they are redoing the sea defencesIt's a bit difficult to tell as it's a bit of a building site. There are diggers everywhere and big rocks all over the sand. Apparantly if you go further down it is open but then I guess that little stretch will be heaving wont it? :rolleyes:
Got LOADS of clearing up to do today as the pond is a tip after yesterdays celebrations. I feel a bit funny this morning and not sure why. A bit sad and emotional. Tadpole 2 is supposed to be going off to a sleepover tonight but I dont want him to go. How silly. I think it might be cause I got up late and had a funny dream and I feel a bit out of sorts :rolleyes: Never mind, I'll get over it

WI today, I've Lost 2lbs :j Each week I keep losing and I keep being shocked by itI've lost 10lbs in the last 7 weeks and I'm now 11st 3lbs. Woohoo!!
Can't wait to be 10st something
Food today:
B rice crispies & OJ, L toast, D S&S chicken noodles, S fruit/yop

Morning all
Hubby has left for his duty , so won't be back until tomorow morning -so im having a day of finalising my meal plan for August and then x stitching/ knitting :T . It is glorious outside..at last -so i may venture out and get some of the tubs emptied and get some more salad leaves etc set, ooh and i have lots more beans to fetch in :j
Meal today:-- brekkie -30g of meusli
- mid morning - banana
- lunch - small portion of liver casserole out of the freezer (well i think thats what it is :rotfl: )with veggies
- mid afternoon - natural yog with a dollop of fruit compot
- dinner - using the last of the huge courgette with onions, garlic, mushrooms, peppers, beans n peas -a dollop of cream chese n herbs.. may have a bit of pasta under it... or just on its own in a bowl nommy nommy nomnom
- supper -25g seed/nut/fruit mix
- snackies- if i need any more inbetween that lot.. i will have fruit:p
I have got my DRs appointment tommorrow, so hopefully they can get the tests done to see if im any more likely to develope ovarian cancer. I have heard that i may be expected to talk to a councillor first to prepare me "just in case"... im hoping that with it being military/German Drs i can get away without thatI will deal with the results -whatever they may be- once i get them, and with how aggresive sis's particular one was -the last thing i want to be doing is waiting whilst i talk it over :eek: .... so we have had to knock tomorrows golf on the head... we like to get out early in a morning but my appointment isn't until late morning...
Weigh day tomorrow....pinkies crossed... i have eaten really well this week, i seem to be eating more but im being carefull what i pick and trying to cram as many nutrients in as possible

Hello everyone - just a short post because this cast is making it really hard to type! I went and saw the consultant yesterday and he said that I have a fractured scaphoid (sp) joint so now I have a cast on, but since the applied it yesterday the swelling must have gone down and it keeps slipping off - so have rung them and am awaiting a call back.
Angel - well done on the weight loss!
Mrs M - you sound very positive - I was just reading an article about Pierce Brosnan - his wife died of ovartian cancer and he said his daughter has the rouge gene. At least forewarned is forearmed and you can minimise the risks and prevent if necessary - fingers crossed it will be okay though - these things are so often random. My Dad's side of the family has bowel cancer (grandma and two aunts) and I got checked three years ago and they found a polyp, which, if left, could turn nasty so now I get checked every three years.
I have had my oatibix minis this morning and they have filled me up nicely - in fact I couldn't finish the bowful! Don't know what I wll have to eat today because I can't cut anything so it will have to be easy to eat stuff!

I was ok last night, I had a couple of buttered ryvitas before bed.
Temporary sound has resumed – he did ask me if I wanted a cuppa!!:rolleyes:
I’ve had toast and marmalade for brekkie, the marmalade has all gone now so that won’t tempt me any more.
I’ve brought a feta/beetroot salad sarnie for lunch and I've got loads of fruit here.
Tea will be whatever I can grb, I'm at the opticians after work *sigh, more expense* then I have dancing at 7 :dance: so I might just have a snack and eat later. He can go to the chippy if he wants feeding:rotfl:

Morning all,
Have been for a quick mooch around home and bargain this morning instead of having a tea break in work so I got out in the sun for a short while
I made the stupid mistake of getting on the scales this morning even though its not my WI day and what I saw made me want to cry. I know its my TOTM week so I don't know why I did it and I am sure by Saturday everything will be fine. Sometimes I am just self destructive :rolleyes:

tis just a quicky this morning as things v mad today, DH ruptured his achilles tendon playing 5 a side last night so was in a&e til 1am with him, he is know in full leg cast and we go to fracture clinic in the morning to see what they are going to do. he isnt in too much pain at the mo thanks to painkillers. He feels awful though as we due to go to center parcs 6 weks tomorrow! and we dont know if it will be possible as we dont know how bad the rupture is etc. bless him, as long as he is ok i dont care about the hol!
so at present im too tired to be hungry, although i have just had a samll bag of cheesey curls and its kicked me off into wanting to eat more just for the sake of it, i feel the toad rearing his head!! HELP!!! shall try to stave him off with some fruit til a bit later

Morning all,
Out this morning to have my car fail its MOT...small things so back in less than a month....had a mooch around kitchen shop, solid fuel stove shop and bought 30 chicken fillets for €30 in wholesale outlet that sells to public...fillets are big and fresh so quite a few dinners there.
Today I have eaten: 2 kiwis, 1 pear, wheat flakes with a banana, glass water and cup coffee.
Back late with rest of consumption for to-day...well done Taplady and Angel
