    Happy Birthday Taplady and tadpole2 :bdaycake:

    Not a good day yesterday, domestic with OH :mad: so just had 2 slices of toast and 4 custard creams for my tea:eek:
    Still :mad: today and have had 2 toasts and marmalade at brekfast and am just having a bag of mini cheddars.
    I will go and get a jacket and beans for my lunch though and I've got loads of fruit here.
    I'm still planning broad bean and asparagus rissotto for tea, even if I have to eat it all myself!

    hi all

    happy birthday to taplady and tadpole 2:j :j

    just had a yoghurt and banana so far today as dont feel like eating much in this heat

    made some apple pie with ds, so will have a wee slice of that later

    more wii-fit tonight, and will try and get out a walk later if it cools down a bit:D

    i've been up since 5.30am:eek: and gone on the milkround with DH - was beautiful in the countryside this morning!
    Have had a fair bit of cash for my birthday so am going shopping soon to spend it!:D

    MRSM - I havent got any cake:eek: - its SW weigh in tonight but I've got some of DS2s leftover birthday cake I might have later!

    Afternoon all,

    Nice here to-day, have clean my car for MOT tomorrow so will be out in sun for a while.

    Happy birthday tadpole2 :bdaycake: and Taplady :T(you already had your cake!)

    Have had my 2 Weetabix, milk and banana...no coffee yet so going to have some in a while with something small to eat, BBQ for dinner, will not eat too many spuds hopefully....they involve too much butter at this time of year!

    not having a great day here, lo has hurt his finger bad as he got it in the car door just as dh closed it!

    been to nurse but has to be seen by dr too, he is pretty sore!

    anyway, had a slice of apple pie and it was yummy, will work it off later on the wii-fit:D
