    Well done tadpoles :T :T

I wonder if the toad on my lotty the other day was the 'toad' in question  perhaps I should have squished him instead of carrying him to a safe place..........mmmmmm, I know what I'll do next time I see him ;)

Cr*p day today, head still playing up and I've eaten rubbish

I weighed in this morning at 1lb heavier than last week - no suprise there!!!!

Anyway, OH is working all weekend :rotfl: so I'm going to fill the fridge and freezer with SW friendly meals and snacks so that I've no excuses, Monday might be slightly awkward as I've got GS for the day due to nursery being closed and daughter having started her new job 2 weeks ago:rolleyes:

Right, I'm off to get me tea, see you later folks :A

That *oddam toad has even crossed the Irish sea...had tuna salad sandwich this morning for breakfast, pint water, coffee, then around 2 I had two bowls of turkey, veg and lentil soup, a bit later a banana....then felt hungry later and demolished sweet and sour chicken with fried rice....got too much last night and it was meant to do us both for dinner to-day with a salad, but OH went off to bed in a huff and ate no dinner so I scoffed most of it....is that gluttony or what???

Mrs MC...you're never far from my thoughts these days, chin up!

Frogga...I'm really stumped at those results....you're doing something right, so congratulations!

    Night all

Hark at frogga bursting with pride :D aww, it's dead cute!

I managed to stay off the chocolate and cake today so feel pretty good. Still ate a fair amount though. Will try and up the pace on my wanderings tomorrow to try and get some lard shifted before weigh-in.
