    I like fig rolls too!;)

Last nights meal was lovely at Pizza Hut. I had boiled pasta and tomato sauce:whistle: :D ok I didn't, I really had 2 slices of veggie supreme pizza and a big bowl of salad:p :D I stuck to drinking water and didn't have a pud:A ;)

good luck to those weighing in, hope you get back to the 16s next week frogga!

I've got today off then am working ridiculously long hours again all weekend! so will need to be organised about my food.

B - soaked muesli with extra raisins, nuts and seeds and skimmed milk.

    S - banana

    L - spaghetti on toast(small seeded bread)

D - quorn sausages with SW egg and chips:drool:

not much greenery in that menu so will try and snack on strawberries and grapes.

Morning all! Hugs to everyone. RS - start on those dreams now hun, no need to loose weight first! Your life isn't on hold!!

I've got the hump a bit today... been positively saintly (admitedly I had 1 finger of kitkat last night, but still, 1 finger and not 4) - and i've stayed the same. OH says I look like i've lost quite a lot of weight in the past few weeks, and as I can now fit in a size 16 Uniqlo jeans and not an 18, i'm quite happy, but wish the scales would start to agree with me!!!! OH and I are having a takeaway curry delivered tonight (got a £10 off thing) but am thinking either chicken balti or chicken and spinach w/ plain rice. No naan. May microwave a poppadom as have some here.

Am out today visiting my best friend and baby Goddaughter, but should be controlled as friend is being good to loose her baby weight (and she's looking absolutely fabulous!!) - I may have to get some extra tips. Next week i'm going to make a real effort to up the exercise to 30 mins a day rather that 15 - it's difficult, as i'm up at 6:30 and not home until 7pm, then after dinner etc it's near on 8, but I really want to get thin and look gorgeous before OH and I get married and have babies!!! ;)

    Today:
B: 2 x Weetabix w/ semi skimmed, handful of red grapes, apple squash
    S: probably a cup of tea en-route
L: probably a ham wrap or something light
    D: curry :)

Have a lovely day everyone. Anyone got any tips on food combining? Keep hearing bits about that... x
  • Morning all

Oh dear, Frogga and Cranky. I put on 4lbs the other week and the one good thing about it was it gave me a bit of a jolt and made me try a lot harder. It's like taking a couple of steps back to get a better run-up.

This week I have lost 2lb :j :j I'm so excited. I've set myself a little mini-challenge to be under 15st by the end of August and I really think I can get there. (Maybe 13st by Christmas - or is that over ambitious?)

    Food today

B - one piece of toast with peanut butter and jam

L - scrambled tofu with grilled mushrooms and tomatoes in pitta bread

    D - curry and rice.

Come on girls - we'll get there.

Mrs MC thinking of you and your family today...make it a good send off and take care of you.

Weighed in this morning at 14 st 7 lbs so big hill to climb, but I can do it with the help of all my friends here.

Frogga...only a glitch, you can do it too!

Have had nothing to eat yet...strawberries to start and maybe some cereal...maybe not....bit difficult sometimes as OH has a sandwich around 11, (he makes great sandwiches) and then 'dinner' around 4 and thats it for him for the day....with just 2 of us here atm I tend to join him and then feel hungry later and have another sandwich....too much bread!

    Have a good day all

I have decided. I am just no weighing in today. So nuh. I feel bloaty and horrible, I binged last night, I binged today at work and then I went and bought McFilth. So I refuse to weigh myself. :p

Frogga, can you get this ruddy toad under control, he's running amok! Can we not squish him or something? *looking round for a baseball bat*

Tadpole 2 got Straight 5's in his SATS (Top Marks!) and his school report was fantastic getting "Excellent" in Effort for every subject and the things they said about him? Well, I'm glowing :D

and Tadpole 1 got 6 and 7's for everything,( which is very high , especially the 7!) and she also got an award for "Outstanding Effort in English" for the year and "Person of the year" :D WOW I am SO chuffed for them both :T Far more important than their accademic results are the wonderful comments about what nice Tadpoles they are :D I really don't care that I'm fat today ;)
