    Morning Peeps,

There is a very strange thing in the sky here ~ someone just told me it was the "the Sun" or something

Well, I was gonna fib about this but as I'm trying to get out of all the old habits I had about denial about what I eat I feel I must tell the truth. So, last night "The Toad" turned up

He's a complete moron as he was totally univited and he just turned up out of the blue with no encouragement from me  He got right inside my head and MADE me eat
    1. 1/2 packet Bombay mix
    2. 4 peices od toast with marmite
    3. 4 chewey bars
    4. 8 squares of chocolate

Ooooooooooooo it doesn't look as bad as I though actually  So anyway once I pulled myself together I told him in no uncertan terms to P1SS OFF and I sent him round to see RS instead ;)

WD tomorrow and I'm feeling possitive this morning. It was a blip, we all have them, well some of us do, and I'm really looking forward to eating nice things again today and not carp. I didn't enjoy what the Toad made me do and eventually if I keep giving him short shrift he'll get the message wont he?

Have a good day all, I will :D

Well done frogga for defeating the toad, have a fabulous day!

Well I am about to do a long drive so thats the best thing to stop me nibbling, just hope I can eat sensibly while I am away

B: Toast, can't face porridge today
L: Probably nothing, will be driving but if I stop will get some fruit from the extortionate M & S services. I don't mind paying it though because at least it means I can get something healthy and we haven't got anything in to take.
D: No idea, will do my best to stick to it

    :)

I have eaten everything that wasn't nailed down this week. I'm not sure if it's a side effect of the medication for my stomach, or the excitement of seeing dh next Sunday. I haven't seen him for 17 weeks now, so I'm looking forward to it, even if he is the untidiest person in the universe.

I am going shopping for some fruit and healthy stuff later, while MIL has ds for a couple of hours. It doesn't help when it rains constantly does it? I just want warm happy food and cake, not salads and good for me things.

Oh, just smack me! I'm going to be stuck at this weight for ever!!!!

Still thinking of MrsM and sending her hugs. Frogga and RS, I wish you lived next door to me, one either side. I'm sure we wouldn't eat if we lived near each other, we'd be too busy talking.

Take care all of you, and very well done to anyone who has managed to lose weight this week.

Thanks Taplady I've never heard it called that before I may have a look into it to get me going I'm really feeling quite stale about this losing weight business and need a kick!
Frogga, that pesky toad stopped of at mine on the way to RS's resulting in a large piece of chocolate brownie and half a dozen biscuits going awol:confused: then I went to bed about half eight to put max distance between me and the food supplies:o
Now as you lot influence me a lot I had a two egg omlette for breakfast:D not sure about the rest of the day yet except I have a tiger roll with ham and some fruit at work with me.
Love to all, anyone heard from Kentish maid or QP? I know KM had job worries hope all is well.
    Evil twin motivate me!!!!

    Morning everyone,

Saversarn - I wear fitflops. I've had them for about 4wks too and i think they are brill. I'm not a flipflop person but find these really comfy. Took me a while to get used to them. I find the faster i walk the less i notice them, but must admit the first few times i wore them they did rub the top of my feet. Persevere with them tho i've noticed a difference in my thighs and bum already. I've lost just over half an inch off each thigh and not quite half an inch off my hips and lets face it anything that'll give us slimmer more toned legs have got to be worth it. Let me know how you get on with them.

Ended up munching my way through a big bag of maltessers. OH brought them home for me yesterday (freebie so couldnt say no!). I had such good intentions of sticking them in the fridge and forgetting about them but they just kept calling my name and begging me to eat them:rolleyes: . I shared them tho i'm not that greedy:D . Will have to be good for rest of the month if i want to make my july target.

    Today
    B - weetabix
L - Cheese on toast and fruit
T - Not sure yet. Still have some lasagne left in freezer but chicken dinner sounds yummy too!

Oooh Nicky, I really fancy some Maltesers!!!

Kept to plan yesterday, prawn stirfry for dinner, and had a mini milk for desert. Extra snack of 2 rice cakes during the day, but positively saintly and still under calories. BUT I only managed 15 mins on rebounder yesterday.

Today: (18 mins jogging on rebounder this morning!)
    B: 1 dippy egg, 1 slice toast
S: 2 satsumas and an apricot
L: probably low fat noodles, yoghurt, pear (smallest chance we'll be having a work trip to Nandos, and if so chicken pitta and no mayo + corn)
D: chicken breast in chinese 5 spice, rice, corn and sugarsnap peas

Have a lovely day you all! x

Well, I feel SO guilty that the damm Toad seems to have been visiting others. That's bang out of order aint it? Someone needs to send him to MrsM cos she'll soon tell him where to get off ;)

Tappy that brekkie sounds yummy! Invite me round for brekkie tomorrow? I'll bring you some flowers from the garden :D

Blimey Cranks 17 weeks  Has he been in the knick? I hope you enjoy you're reunion

Savvy I haven't seen Kentish or QP either  Someone give em a shout

I just called into Iceland as I thought they were supposed to be dirt cheap , but they aint  I got the Tadpoles some ice lollies but the normal freezer stuff was more pricey than Sainsbugs.

Right, gonna hoover round before I sit here all day................................. ooo had another thought, I 'm gonna change my JIJ target cos I'm fed up with never getting there. So, it was "to be 15 something" so I'm gonna change it to "to be 16 something". Erm, no I'll change it to "to be 17 something" Oooooooooooo yey me I'm at target already :j God I'm Good! :D

Had a nice brekkie of my egg salady with everything in it thing. And a small handful of sultanas to kill the sugar cravings. Was going to have some nice cold tinned pineapple but then noticed I had bought the pineapple in SYRUP!!! instead of in its own juice. Tried some but it is disgustingly sweet - why add sugar to something which tastes delicious anyway?

Had mini cake disaster yesterday. Went out of the house in the pouring rain as baby was screaming and I was starting to go mental being stuck indoors. Baby continued to cry everywhere we went. Ended up in waitrose and couldn't concentrate on what to get for dinner cos of the screaming and endless comments of what a good pair of lungs she has  :D  and somehow a packet of caramel shortbread made it into the shopping trolley. :o

I am finding it difficult with bubba at the moment - in need of a break but difficult to organise such a thing when you are breastfeeding! At least I have stayed away from bread for the last couple of weeks - always seems to make a difference to my weight even if I slip up on the cake front occasionally.

Which reminds me - I am always hearing about substituting applesauce for butter in cake recipes. Has anyone tried this with any success with a particular recipe? I tried it with twinks hobnobs and it wasn't good.

Oooooooooooooooooooo I remember it SO well  Sometimes I felt like I was a cow being permanantly milked :o Matey it WILL pass and it WILL get easier. I promise. Just take one day at a time. DON'T worry about the weight thing until things are easier. YOU ARE NOT SUPER WOMAN Jo. I wish I'd have realised that instead of feeling like a constant failure. My old Dad used to say "If you get to the end of the day and you've fed them and they're clean , you've done a damm good job" Keep that in your head and stuff the rest ;)

Is there anyone that can help? I asked for help from my Mum oneday when I was really at breaking point and she came round and cuddled Tadpole 1 ALL DAY while I just pottered. If she needed feeding I fed her and then handed her back to Mum. It was GREAT because I could still see that everything was ok, but I had a bit of peace and was there if I needed to be. Where are you? Can any of us help?
