    Hi everyone,
havent had chance to post my weight yet, had a few probs with internet this wk. Anyway pleased to report a HALF POUND LOSS:j . Slowly but surly its a coming off.
Pebbles - i also find if i eat eggs for brekkie i stay fuller for longer. I like scrambled eggs on toast or if i have time i'll make an omelette. I'm also trying to have a bigger brekkie too and have a smaller tea. I find that i have more energy during day and feel less slugish and bloated on an evening.

    Today
    B - Cereal
L - Jacket potatoe and salad
T - Not sure yet still feeling wedged from lunch

    Have a good day everyone;)

    Hi All,

I've been loitering but not posting much, as I've been having what Frogga cause a bit of a pause!
Love to Mrsm Toni Cheerfulness and those needing extra hugs atm.
Suz my lovely pooch lasted 12 years as a diabetic (worlds most expensive dog.... but worth every penny :D )
Jane what is optimising? Did I miss this somewhere, I need a new angle on this to fire up some enthusiasm and finish the job once and for all!!!
Who is it that wears the fit flops? I've had mine about 4 weeks but they rip my feet to shreads, however I am going to persevere...
    Food today
    Marmalade tiger roll
    Quiche salad
    2 apples, pear,peach,freddo and chomp:o
Spag bol (or maybe egg on toast:rolleyes: )

Oh I went diving in Yorkshire at the weekend...... happy as a pig in poo sat in a very unflattering wetsuit in the drizzle eating a burger van burger between plunging into the big pond searching for a treasured bogey;)

    Afternoon all,

Special hugs to Mrs MC .

Not being very active this week but putting it down as 'transition'...I have to have some excuse!
    Today I have eaten:
    Bowl of raspberries, strawberries, gooseberries;
Chorizo and ham omelet, half a tomato and 2 slices of bread, coffee.
Dinner will be lasagne and stewed rhubarb.

Trying to drink more water, seem to have got out of the habit.

    Congratulations to all losers

    Hello Folks:hello:
Quite a productive day for me, we spent the morning at the lotty weeding and harvesting some of the produce, I am now overrun with onions and garlic:eek: have loads of beetroot to boil, lots of assorted salad leaves and radishes and a few blueberries and raspberries for pud, oh, and some new spuds :D .
Just got back from Sainsbugs where I got whoopsed sweetcorn, peas, sweet potatoes, strawberries and cucumber :D

So, farmhouse kitchen in a bit while I sort it all out for the fridge and freezer

Brekkie was boiled eggs and soldiers (eggs always fill me up at brekkie:D )
Snack was a banana, lunch was pasta n sauce with a small jacket spud. Tea will be sweet potato and lentil burgers, new pots, peas and corn cobs with fresh fruit and LF greek yoghurt for pud. I have cherries to nibble on this evening.

    See you later folks :A

Today I have been a pig.

I have eaten so much I cannot even remember it all.

    2 gingerbread men (tiny ones)
    4 breakaways (107 calories EACH)
    1 packet C+O crisps
a bowl of pasta n sauce.. a whole packet!! oink!!
spag bol for dinner.. because at least that will sort me food to tomorrows lunch too and I may be less inclined to pig out on junk then.

On the plus side.. I ran.. 20 yards... I couldn't have ran another one though my knees hurt.

    Hi all,

Been really busy today so only just got the chance to come on. Heading for a long weekend with the girlies so no doubt my alcohol limits will be stretched but I am really going to try hard with food as I don't want to undo all my hard work. I won't weigh until Saturday after next so hopefull by them I will have a loss to report.

B: Didn't have any, too busy
L: Soft cheese wrap from Costa, not Moneysaving but it was fairly low calorie and fat
D: Chicken zorba with wholemeal pitta, brown rice and peas and HM salsa

    Have a great rest-of-week all :)
  • Hello everyone

Rockie - I'm very jealous of your lottie, well done. I've got a small raised bed in my back garden and have had some lovely lettuce and radishes so far, but everything else is still growing - seems to be taking forever!

BTW - Sweet potato and lentil burgers sound yum - can I have the recipe please?

I'm feeling quite:A foodwise. Went camping at the weekend and didn't pig out too much and have been good since I've been back. Haven't been able to post much as kids and OH have been hogging the computer.

    Food today

B - One piece of toast with peanut butter and ginger preserve

L - One deli roll with hummus and salad. One apple

D - Butter bean and pasta bake.

I did also have one veggie samosa at work, but it was a charity sale (again), so I had to really :o .

Also, kids have all come home with super good end of year reports today so I've made them their favourite apricot jam tart for pud and I'm afraid I've had a bit of that, too.

Oh well. I've got a little trampette thing and I might dust that off later and do 20mins on that. I haven't been able to use it for a long time because I was over the weight limit for it, but I'm back down to that limit now so I'm going to start using it again.

    Have a good evening everyone.

I was teaching this afternoon and had a lovely time but managed to write on the fairly new whiteboard with a permanent marker. I don't know how the school will get it off but am crossing my fingers they will be able to do so. I felt dreadful once I'd realised and had to go confess to the Head.

Top tip - use one of the proper whiteboard pens - scribble over and wipe off - magic!

Am skulking back on here - not been able to weigh in on my day this week - I'm really bloated and don't know why  - not normally something I suffer with, foodwise I've been middling - this weather is doing my nut in and not helping with the food as I want 'comfort' food - never mind, I will get myself in gear, want to do a sunshine holiday next month - a swimsuit holiday is always a great motivator :rotfl:

(((Hugs))) to MrsM - thinking of you
