Toni, I'm not on the chart.... my goal was to get rid of 3½ lbs that I gained during my pause.
But the scales were messing about yesterday and couldn't decide if I'd lost 2lbs or gained 1lb  so will try and weigh again tomorrow.working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -

No worries
Tis just a chart - much more important things in life to worry overworking on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -
Afternoon all,
So sorry to hear your sad news Mrs MC...thinking of you all.
The six weeks in Oz resulted in a current weight of 14 st 8 lbs, I think thats about 8 lbs more than 21st May, my last weigh in before I went. Still suffering a little from jet lag ( must be getting old) and 'flight bloat', so maybe the story is not as bad as I thought.
Today I have eaten: salad sandwich with chicken and ham; snacks will be fruit, have lots of strawberries and raspberries; dinner will be ham, cabbage and potatoes...lovely new spuds which unfortunately need lots of butter!
Congratulations to all losers

Toni - thanks for doing the chart, we all appreciate it.
Well done Recovering Spendaholic for such a great week.
Frogga - just wanted to add my name to those who love SW chips. They are fantastic. I save them for fridays & saturdays which used to be my terrible curry & wine binge nights. SW chips, eggs, beans & occassionally a couple of quorn sausages is a great meal.
My exercise is on the backburner right now as I have a dissertation to do. Food optimising is keeping me on track so I'm not too worried. My MA finishes in Sept, I have my whole life to get slim so have to focus on the uni work over exercise right now. I have re-set my overall target for Dec 1st, new diet plus lots of exercise from august onwards will get me there!
Food today:
B - punnet of strawberries, tangerine
L - baked potatoes & beans
D - batchelors savoury rice with added peppers & mushrooms, grilled chicken breast
Have a great day all:eek: Total debt £21,000 :eek:Weight loss to date - 2 st, 2lb:j0
