i've got all those targets that were posted yesterday on the table. glad to see so many of you feeling positive!we've got a few MIA @ the moment
- no rockie yesterday, no pebbles or superspam either i don't think, purpleivy's been MIA a while too. hoping mrsm and cheerfulness are ok. nix of course is off somewhere doing a bit of :j :j :j anyone know how our other MIA ladies are?
i really must get back in gear today!! intending to do my pilates workout later on and got to pop out to post some parcels so that should be some exercise at least.

Hello everyone - just getting kids ready for school, but weighed in this morning at 8 and had lost 10lbs, which I am thrilled with! You're right Frogga - I haven't been hungry at all this week - that isn't to say that I haven't wanted to binge, because I have, but I have resisted. I don't feel like having my "normal" weigh in day treat (aka binge) either so that is good too. I know that 10lbs is probably mostly water, but at least it is a good start and has spurred me on for the coming week.

DH weighed in last night and is now 16st 10lbs :j he was 18 stone when he started his new job as a milkman(he's over 6ft tall and well built;) ) so that was brilliant news!:T
My weigh in is tonight at SW so fingers crossed for me, hope to have lost a pound to start me off on my July challenge!
Food plans
B - soaked muesli and half a slice of seeded toast
L - small seeded wholemeal roll with salad, cheese and chutney and soem grapes and a banana
D - not decided yet, something quick after SW.
Got some strawberries that need eating up to.

ok going to pop in here to see if i can get some motivation to ditch some weight. I keep trying and somehow it keeps sneeking on! In the past month ive increased my walking - so doing a 40 min walk a few times a week. Bought a trampette this week so need to get into using it too (but only in the evenings when the baba is in bed and not wanting to jump on it to!). So yes Hello im 12st 7lbs and I want to be back to my normal 10st ish. Happy with a little more, very happy with a little less lol.0

Morning, it's lovely and sunny up north this morning so going to make the most of it and go for a walk me thinks.
I would like to make my july target 6lb please, this will also take me to my goal weight too if i can reach it. Fingers crossed.
For some strange reason i fancy a salad today, maybe its because the sun is shining for a change!!
B - Cereal and yog
L - mozzarella salad
T - a couple of slices of pizza and salad
s - Apple, carrot and celery sticks
Just a quick update on my fitflops too. I've wore them everyday since i got them and i'm very very very pleased to say i've lost half an inch of each thigh in 8 days:T . I can really feel and see the difference already, in fact i've gotten better results from these than when i used to go to the gym.£387.39/£196.46

Not feeling too great today. Bad stomach ache this morning and OH's been moany at me for the last week and can't seem to say one nice thing to me (coz I went to my parent's meal at the weekend and he doesn't think I should have gone). So I'm fed up and just want to go home and back to bed (but OH will be there later today and I'm not sure I really want to be there with him there)
