Welcome to emmylou and jorichste
well done to tadpole 1 you must be very proud frogga
Am out with work tonight for a meal so had cereal for breakfast and just going to have some fruit for lunch. The company is paying so I plan to take full advantage of that fact! :rotfl:
Ive already seen the menu so have gone for the better options!
starter is olives, main is vegetarian green thai curry, desert is fruit salad. The place were going doesnt have much choice really its a weird place it has ostrich on the menu and last time i went they were serving kangaroo!! So have gone for what I hope is the healthiest and safest option!! :rotfl:
Having read these posts I think I am going to have to invest in some fit flops my thighs could do with some toning!
Have a good afternoon everyone.0 -
*waving at Toni* I'm here too, just a bit rubbish at posting every day - how many times can you say you've had porridge for breakfast before it gets a teeny bit boring?
Anyway this morning I had porridge for breakfast
Just had the most amazing salad - chicken, avocado, some steamed spinach and toms/cucs/sweet pepper/courgette (I eat this raw in salad all the time) with a splash of balsamic - yummmmmmmm! I generally throw a load of veg in a bag, pop it in fridge at work and then make a salad at lunchtime
No idea what I'm on for dinner but it will contain a huge amount of vegetables as I am all over Lidl like a rash at the minute - their half price fruit and veg offer is amazing, you should see my fruit bowl!
Actually no, you probably don't want to see my fruit bowl, after all, you do have lives and everything - but there is something about a full fruit bowl that makes me happy - water melon, honeydew melon, pineapple......................wait a minute........ sorry guys, I was just about to list the contents of my stuffing fruit bowl! Wassamatter with me? I've lost me edge!
Recovering Spendaholic you bloomin' little belter you! So SO pleased for you - but dead proud as well, you can so do this! :T
Anyone seen Saver-a-Sarnie, hope she's ok.
Assuming no one has heard from MrsM, sending her another little prayer.
Frogga - oh my tails and whiskers, what a bloomin top Mum you are! I think I managed to successfully wriggle out of ever having to make a school costume, such a bad Mum. Glad you're back on the healthy eating thing now, I don't think I could go a morning not eating let alone a full day.
Exercise - hmmmm, didn't do anything Monday, norty Nixy. Did 6.5k last night on X trainer but could have done more and so was a bit norty again for stopping after half an hour. Tonight should really be a stength day so think me and the weights might have a little bit of a tussle - but to be honest I really miss the X trainer if I don't do that and am picking that over the weights most days. Need to give myself a bit of a talking to about that one.
Program I am on at the minute lets me eat 1700 calories a day because of all the exercise I am doing!!!!! I'm struggling to eat that many 'good' calories so there may have been a Toffee Crisp and Ready Salted crisp incident last night *whistling innocently*
I've been expecting Aunt Flo for over a week now - anyone else get really sore norks? Sorry I was trying to think of a forum appropriate word for it..........lils? Bresticles? Anyway if my boobage was anything to go by she would have been here last Sunday and I'm getting a bit impatient............and a bit grumpy as well, plus I get so tired when she is just about to arrive, I've been in bed super early the last 3 nights.
Squirmy - I have eaten kangaroo, s'nice! Frogga! Look away now! *whispering to everyone else* I went to one of those Mongolian barbecue things and had a ruddy marvellous time, love my meat I do - ate kangaroo, zebra, ostrich, wild boar and my favourite springbok. Beyoodiful. My theory of eating (as well as life) is hey, I'm top of the food chain, if you stay still long enough I'm gonna eats ya!
Right, I think that's me for today. Hugs to anyone who needs them, big howdy doodys for the noobs and motivational speeches at the ready if anyone is in need of one of them, you know me, love the sound of my own gums flapping
Editted to add - what are we in July? Frogga! What J word are we? Jumping? Juicy? Jiggly?!!!!???!?!?!Comps £2016 in 2016 - 1 wins = £530 26.2%

"Just Carnivorous" for some of us I think  I'm totally appauled  Some of us are not at the top of the food chain and find your sentiment very distressing _pale_ Don't expect an invite to my pond nixy, you might end up eating me for lunch not joining me for it

I'm fed up, miserable, grumpy and want chocolate and a pint of guinness. But I can't because I'm at work and have to drive home later and it won't do my dodgy stomach any good.working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0

Do you know what - I'm not even sure what's up:think: Just fed up, TOTM, hayfever and need to go to docs to get tablets that work, OH refusing to kiss or cuddle me or most of the time even sit next to me on the sofa, just moans at me most of the day, plus I'm really bored at work and fed up of not being listened to most of the time, so can't really be bothered to listen much to others. The boss is complaining that projects I started 4 years ago aren't done (when they have been waiting all this time for him to make decisions) and to be honest I've given up caring and can't even remember what the plan was
Everyone seems to be planning holidays and I'm fed up of having no money and trying to make sure there's petrol to get to work - let alone go anywhere else. I just want to go to M&S and buy new clothes (that aren't from a charity shop), new undies, and loads and loads of scrummy expensive food!!!and some nice clinique stuff and some fitflops!!!
Told ya - grumpy and moanyworking on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -
Oh yeah and I want to stay home from work and spend time baking bread and cooking nice things that I want to cook rather than feeling like I have to cook for everyone else and make all the cups of tea all weekend just to get moaned at when there are no biscuits left coz they ate 4 packs in 3 days!!! :mad:working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0
