Morning all...
I was a bit rubbish this weekend - not so much with food, but more with alcohol (big night out on Friday)... had Sunday lunch at the Gourmet Burger Kitchen, but had a Portobella mushroom stack instead of anything meaty or cheesy, and a few of OH's chips. Delicious! OH made tuna pasta last night but it was white pasta rather than wholemeal, bad Bobbadog!
I'm aiming to loose 6 pounds+ by end of July!
Today:
B: 1 x toast, few spoons of baked beans
S: nectarine
L: 2 Weetabix with semi skimmed (or skimmed if there's any at work), small pot of broad beans (yum), applesalmon fillet with pesto pasta (wholewheat!!)
Did 10 mins on the rebounder this morning, couldn't manage anymore - have had a bad headache since yesterday and now have a sore throat to bootHope i'm not getting a proper cold

Well done to frogga's tadpole and to rs's daughter on the cake.
Know how tadpole feels - my dad was always the same, rarely giving a "that's good", often just a "hmmm". It was always other people that told me that he had said good things about me
Well I have enjoyed my pause so much without going mad, that I might just wait till tomorrow to unpause.working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -

Morning all,
Not a great start missed breakfast because I slept late, something tells me its time for a holiday
I am going swimming tonight for the first time in nearly 10 years which is all a bit scary, I have a 2 piece tankini that covers all the worse offending bits but I will still feel self conscious as hell
B: Nothing, starving now but its too close to lunchtime to eat anything else
L: HM veg soup and small rollHM Singapore chow mein
S: Strawberries and apple0 -
Hi guys,
I am still plateauing, weight going nowhere. Hoping to jumpstart this week by starting food optimising. Spent the whole weekend reading the guidebook & it seems very easy & healthy.
Saying that, really no idea about food today. Have a bag of quorn mince to cook, may put some of that in a jacket potato or something for dinner. Will play today by ear.
I am going for 9lb's for the July challenge, hopefully I can get the weight moving again:eek: Total debt £21,000 :eek:Weight loss to date - 2 st, 2lb:j0 -
Morning all,
just a quick pop in from me too, cos life's crazy at the minute, to report a 2lb loss this week, bringing my total this month to 9lbs. Realised yesterday I've been eating too little, lol. Knew I had been since I've little appetite at the moment (a first for me)cos of lots of niggly things going down here, when I added my intake up it was 5-800 cals a day:eek: . So now I'm making sure I eat eat 1500, cos I'm pretty active--weird life, never thought I'd have that problem, long may it last:D .
Hope everyone's OK, won't do food cos of time limits,
take care, jay xxAnytime;)0 -

I've started having a bigger breakfast and a smaller tea too which has kept me feeling fuller for longer and thinking about it i've hardly snacked all wk which is v unusual for me.
Well done to everyone else who's lost (i'm terrible at remembering names sorry).

Hi all,

July goal 4lbs would be thrilled with that as it would take me under the next stone and only leave me 5lbs to a BMI of 24:dance: this end bit really does seem to take forever though!!!
My eldest daughter has moved home again after finishing university not sure if its a  or a _party_
B- hm smoothie
L- beef roll and fruit
D- Chix curry and several glasses of pinot!
Love to all, especially little power house Nixs, well done you on being a proper athlete type person and running such a great race:T
Will I join you next year :think:0 -
Hi gang, it's an embarrasing 1lb on for me
I shall blame 'that time of the month' for my gain (and not the cheesecake:rotfl: ) MUST do better in July, that summer holiday is looming
Well done to all the losers and STSers,:T hugs to those in need....gotta run!:xmassmile:rudolf:0 -
Evening all!
Weigh in this morning was a bit of a non event, STS for me. Had hoped for a loss however teeny, but thankfully the scales have stopped moving in an upward direction as they have been for the last two weeks so can't complain too much!!
Big Well Done's to Jay:T and Nicky:T !!
Floyd - hope the swimming was a success. I started going a couple of months ago and really enjoy it.... always end up famished after though so have to make sure tea's already planned and cookable in 5 minutes flat!
Frogga - enjoy your 9 weeks off you lucky lucky frog you!!
Have a good week everyone!0
