You can edit the model and even put your own face on it - then you can put clothes on her!
There is also a Weight Loss tab where you can put the before and after 'you'

thanks for this - I had fun playing around with it!:T
RS - your menu sounded good. I always have green days as I dont eat meat. I do eat fish but use it as a B option on a green day. If there's anything I can help you with please let me know.Do what you love :happyhear0 -
Taplady - thanks for that - I may have to ask you things because as I said the online is okay but you have to dig around for info - the book would be better but I have just managed to print out all the free food and A and B lists for Green and Original. I just don't think I could face a class at the moment as I have so much to lose and the SW classes near to me seem to be full of skinny minnie IYKWIM.
I bought some Branston Chick peas in marsala sauce a few weeks ago when they were on BOGOF and was pleased to find that they are free on green - They are lovely mixed in with some bulghur wheat and chopped spring onions with a little bit of lemon juice, corriander and a splodge of mango chutney. I have been making it for a while now and serving it with natural yoghurt, chopped mint and cucumber.Jane

Morning all!
I off away for the weekend in an hour or so - going to London to see Bon Jovi at Twickenham (I am of course going purely to enjoy some good rock music and not at all to dribble over Jon Bon Jovi who I do not think is the slightest bit sexy)
Congrats to all losers yesterday and those to come today :T
Welcome to the newbies (Scrooge and BabyMother I think?) :j
Well done Frogga for being so positive - like you said, you'll get rid of that in no time and you've had a lovely time by the sounds of itHow did Tadpole 1 get on?

Glad you're ok RS - I made the mistake of having two caffeinated teas the other day and boy did I regret it! I haven't been able to run at all this week so don't know how that will affect next weeks weight loss!

Well, what a windy morning! and before any of you say it, no it's not me it's the weather
Got home late last night as the Drama Festival went on til 11 oclock and when I got home I had to do all the washing up from Mr Frogs efforts to cook something
So..................................... Tadpole 1 WON!!!! :T I was SO buzzing for herThe play/ skit that she wrote was REALLY funny, and she friends and her performed it brilliantly :T I knew she had a sense of humour but she was very very good. They all got medals and she was named as the writer and the judges made a special mention of how unbelieveably witty the script was :j I'm SO proud
The evening was marred a little when Tadpole phoned home to tell Mr Frog and he isn't any good at givving praise AT ALL.He never seems to be able to just say "bloody well done I'm very proud ~ even though he really is , so he just said something cheeky teasing her and she got upset. I know how it feels because he NEVER says anything possitive to me. I dont think he was bought up that way, but sometimes it really hurts. I explained to Tadpole that it's just his way but I wish he'd stop it.
Anyway, busy weekend so better dash.
Hope you're all ok, special hellos to RS, Tappy Newlywed and TOni , spammy, rockie,:DSay it once, say it loud ~ I'm an Atheist, Anti-Royalist, Socialist, Tea-Total Veggie Frog and PROUD!:D

Well done Tadpole1 :T:j:T:j
I'm not surprised you're proud Frogga - writing comedy that actually makes people laugh and performing it in a way that actually makes people laugh is a real skill - and your little Tadpole did both! crikey - the BBC have trouble writing good comedy these days
I'm sure Mr Frog is proud too - my BF always finds it difficult to say the right words but I know they're in there somewhere - they just go through some kind of mutation on the way out. Once, when concerned about my outfit for a night out, I asked his opinion and he said "Well, those jeans don't do anything for you". Bless him - he wasn't trying to be insulting, he actually thought I wanted an honest answer! These poor men just have no idea ....0
