    Morning all!

Sorry to hear about your dog saversarn, thinking of you
RS - sorry to hear you've been in hospital, hope everything is ok
Frogga - sounds like you had a well deserved lovely last day:D

(((Hugs))) to all those that need them - sounds like there's a few germies doing the rounds - I'm trying not to breathe in too much around the kids at school!

WI today - another 1lb loss bringing my JIJune total to half a stone!! I'm very pleased. SO pleased in fact that I'm going to challenge myself to lose another 7lb in 'Whatever Frogga said in July'. That'll be tough because I've got a hen night, a week away and a works meal in July (hope I haven't bitten off more than I can chew so to speak!)

Better get to work - hope you all have a lovely day!:j

    By the way - fitflops?????

    Well done Superspam !!!

Awww Saversarn, ((hugs)). RS, hope you're ok now, and Toniwoty, I'm glad to hear your dad is home.

Thinking of MrsM and her family too.

I have stayed the same this week. Not unexpected, in fact I'm happy that I haven't put weight on. I haven't done any real exercise this week either, so I need to get that sorted out too. Yesterday I just sat on my backside, played with ds and watched the rain out of the window. There was an awful lot of rain for one day!!!

superspam fitflops are these new things - if you google them should produce a website - i got mine from boots for £36 i think. they make your legs and stuff work harder so tone them up and also improves posture and helps back pain. i love mine.

    Morning Peeps,

Well it's WD and I've just hopped on the scales. I was gonna avoid them completely but I thought that would be the start of a slippery slope so I braved them anyway. I've put on 10lb :D Ooooops :o Oh, who cares? :rotfl: I REALLY enjoyed myself :D It was such a sad day that Mr Frog got a huge takeaway for tea and we had lots of fizzy pop too :T and basically we've been eating ALL week at work so I'm not shocked ~ in fact I thought it would be worse ;)

Anyway I've got my garden party today so I'll be enjoying that and then I will really get back on track on Monday. I know it sounds alot but RS and I could loose all that in the blink of an eye, eh RS? Here's to you and me matey, the best bingers in the business ;)

I'm not gonna let it get me down. I haven't compulsivly sat and eaten anything I could get my hands on, I've just had a lot of yummies, a bit like Christmas I guess :T There are worse things that could happen as I'm sure MrsM would be the first to say :A

Hope everyone else is ok, if like me you've put on, don't panic Mr Mainwaring :D It's all putrightable ;)

    Post later Guys xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Ah!!! Kickstalls........ :happyhear I have them in every lab here. When I came for the interview I was wearing heels and was able to reach all the equipment/shelving - my boss and the guy I replaced were both over 6foot so everything was set up for them. When I started and had to wear ohsosexy flat toetectors  I couldn't reach so my lovely boss went out and bought kickstalls for every room for me!! Brilliant invention and nice for a sit down when you need a rest.

Dancing laast night was brilliant:dance:   we were all enjoying it so much we carried on an extra half hour:eek: we were learning to jive so loads of calories burned off :D

I had 2 slices of toast when I got in but I think I deserved it! The height of decadence - tea and toast whist soaking my feet:rotfl: :rotfl:

Boiled eggs and soldiers this morning, lunch......might be awkward as there's a leaving buffet but I might sneak off and get a jacket spud from the canteen.
Tea will be a hotchpotch of whatever is in the fridge that needs using up so will involve spinach and courgette.

    Later folks :A

Just a quickie to report that I have STS this week. That means I have failed utterly and miserably to come anywhere near my June target.:o

I was going to whinge about it, but there are people on here with far more on their plates, so I'll just keep my trivial little moans to myself I think.

((((((hugs)))))) to all that need them.

Well, I didn't post last week as I put on a pound and was back to my starting weight at the beginning of June, which was too depressing for words.

However, the good news is that I've lost 4lb this week!!! I'm so happy :j

I really do feel that I've finally got this diet lark cracked and that this is just the start of my losses. So although I didn't make my JiJ target (10lb) I'm feeling really positive about the future. Fingers crossed....
