Hi all, hugs to everyone as it seems there are lots who need it at the moment for various reasons

Well I have gone and done it again, making cakes for other people makes me fat :o I have made 36 chocolate frosted cupcakes to take into work tomorrow but I was so paranoid about the recipe being rubbish that I tasted one of the un-iced ones. Usually OH is my official taster but he doesn't eat chocolate

Anyway, Although I am sure its not the end of the earth its just thrown me off keel a bit as I freak out if I don't know exactly how many calories are in things. OCD much?

So todays food will be a bit odd, in part because I ate cupcake for lunch and will also be driving to Newcastle at teatime so that will be an on-the-go tea. Ah well, back to it tomorrow.

B: 2 slices wholemeal toast, no butter, cheese spread
    L: 1 uniced chocolate cupcake
D: 1 and 1/2 tuna sweetcorn wholmeal rolls, 1 banana, 1 bottle iced tea and maybe a bag of crisps if we sto off on the way.

Doesn't look so bad when I write it all down, its just the unpredictability of the odd finger full of cake batter that might have swarmed into my mouth :rotfl:

Newlywed - enjoy those cherries! Blooming delicious, cherries!

Hmmm after years of loving cherries i have finally decided that my favourite of the moment are the darker cherries and black cherries.

So my sainsbugs order this month (only do one online shop a month for all tins etc) consists of cherry cordial, 3 different makes of black cherry jam :rotfl: Two packs of frozen black cherries (they have no tinned black cherries available :() and one jar of seedless raspberry jam for OH an about 18 tins of tuna for OH :rotfl: They must think we eat a really weird diet :rotfl: :T

The cherries I am munching at the moment are darker cherries (Napoleon from Syria) and were half price in co-op. Getting some more tomorrow I think :D I can't quite decide if they are nicer than the bar of chocolate sat next to them! ;)

I've had such a cr*p day at work that I gave in to the chocolate machine  it was either that or punch someone:mad:
We had quorn sausage, cheesy mash and cabbage for tea, I'm full now but I might have a yoghurt in a bit.

    See you later folks :A

    evening!

had my weigh in and as predicted have put on 2 1/2 lbs:eek:  But I did enjoy having a week off having to think about what I'm eating and always trying to choose the healthy option. A good bit of that will go next week - I'm determined!

    New start tomorrow!;)
    Do what you love :happyhear
