    Morning all!

Managed 10 mins jogging on rebounder, in between making 2 batches of pepperonata salsa and a batch of pizza bases, and packing OH off to work. Aimed for 15 - 20, but will try and do some more later. Was waaaay under my calories yesterday - had salmon for dinner, but wasn't that hungry throughout the day. Am making up for it now though ;)

    Today:
B: 1 toasted roll w/ few spoons of baked beans
    S: grapes
L: going out for lunch, to pub, but morroccan chicken salad which is just cajun grilled chicken breast and proper salad, or something equally holy, with diet coke
D: HM pizza - red pepperonata salsa base, low fat mozzarella, ham and veggies

Have a lovely day you all :) xx

    Good afternoon all!:j

Congrats Toni on your loss and thanks for giving me a mention for reaching my JiJune target - it really gave me a boost of ill power when I was just about to sneak some Pralines and Cream ice-cream from the freezer! Instead I have had some frozen grapes:A

(((Hugs))) to Mrs M and Toni - and anyone else who needs them - hope you get your flight Mrs M

    My plan for today was/is:

B - porrige with s-skimmed milk and 1 tsp sugar
L - 2 slices wholemeal toast with two dry fried eggs and baked beans
S - yoghurt, banana, grapes and a pear
D - will have to be something quick so probably a cheat - Pasta and sauce (I know its not OS but it can't be helped sometimes!)

I aim to have a positively angelic week foodwise this week as I am going to London at the weekend to stay with my BF's sister - we're going to see Bon Jovi at Twickenham (can't wait!). I have to eat what I'm given so I'm going for some pre-damage limitation by being extra good between now and then!

    Have a lovely day everyone!

    Hi everyone :hello:

Well done all you losers :T

Well I just had a nice cous cous salad for lunch and thought I would treat my self to a cube of chocolate for dessert :naughty:. Took a bite and a bit of my tooth/an old filling (not sure which) has fallen off!!! that'll teach me!!:rotfl: So I'm gonna have to go to the dentist to get it sorted. not looking forward to it as my dentist is quite evil and doesnt wait for the your gums/teeth to go numb before he starts drilling!! He laughed at me last time cos my eyes were watering from him giving me an injection in the top front part of my mouth. And I've still got a really bad throat so its not gonna be fun.

Oh well - at least I wont be able to eat much for a while

    Food today
    B: cereal
    L: couscous salad
D: dunno yet was planning egg & chips.

    Take care everyone :)

    Hi All

Congratulations on the weight loss Toni.

I didn't do very well yesterday. I was fine until mid afternoon and then got the munchies. I ended up nibbling cheese half the afternoon and then skipping tea which wouldn't have been too bad. However, I then had a walk up to the supermarket for a treat. I ended up eating a bag of crisps, a mars bar, a packet of fruit pastilles and 2 pieces of fudge and drinking a 500ml bottle of Coke!! Oh dear.

Still I am back on the straight and narrow today and also have a long walk arranged for the evening.

B: Muesli with skimmed milk and raisins. Cranberry and raspberry juice.
L: Scotch broth. Raspberries with homemade yoghurt
    D: Egg on toast. Banana.

Have been busying myself getting everything in place for if im leaving hubby on his own so have made a thai beef curry this morning and now have a huge vat of chilli on the go... He keeps pointing out that he is quite capable of looking after himself -but you know what its like.. im here worrying about sis..and as soon as i get to the UK i would be worrying about hubby if i had left him to his own devices :o Plus it is a good opportunity to get loads of things used up whilst im away ;) ... Have used all the odds n sods up out of the fridge :j

Just want to make a couple of loaves later in the week so i can slice n freeze them for him and with all the HM stuff in the freezer, a bit of salad stuff to get and he should be ok :p
Yesterday i had some nanas to use and made a nana and coconut cake -adapted from a recipe on the GC... nommy nommy nom nom nom ... i doubled the mix(determined not to leave stuff to go to waste) so it was 10" and rather deep...quite a beast -but it came out lovely -especially to say i just whacked it together.. I had 2 pieces yesterday :o but enjoyed every crumb :D hubby had 2 and took 1 to work and 15 pieces are wrapped and frozen mmmmmm..... I worked out it had cost me £1.80 :T

    Hi all,

Thanks for doing the chart Toni and well done on your weight loss and to everyone else too, glad your Dad's improving.
Mrsm I think fussing over hubby is a good way to keep your mind occupied and hope you get home safely.
Tappy glad your wounded soldier not as bad as expected too.
I've upped my eating slightly (strange as I've not lost weight for a while, but I'm going to concentrate on exercise and losing slowly and hoping I won't feel the need to overindulge).
    B- cereal
    L- salad/apple/calipo
    S-lemon cake
    D-Shep pie
    G&T at pub quiz...
Good news is I have my fitflops on and did 7000 steps in them at lunchtime, my legs feel tingly but I expect it's just my imagination, but I've told my workmates I'll be in Kylie hotpants by friday:eek:
Bad news is I am taking my darling dog to the vets tonight, she's not good had a tumour for about a year now.... hope she is well enough for me to keep her but don't want her to suffer
