Hello!
I've not been very active on here lately - been very busy and then had a catalogue of computer problems  I am back in the world of working computer owners now (bought a mac - its true, they just work!). Weighed myself on Friday and have lost another 1.5lbs! hurrah. I have no hope of catching up on posts so I'll start afresh from here. Hope everyone is well! :T0 -
morning all
Rose love Worzel, he's fab :T
Well weekend has been okish foodwise, just been too much going on to be thinking about food really. must get focused again. dad is seeing his specialist today to get results of scan he had on Friday.
food for today-
b: yoghurt and banana/apple
l: roll of some description
d: HM burgers with pittas and salad
I'm trying to limit my carbs a bit as its makign me feel bloated. so i'm trying out yoghurts and fruit for brekkie. altho i do love a bowl of cereal too and lunch is often something grabbed quickly so i figure i may just have cereal for lunch (once i've eaten the tiger rolls in the cupboard)

Morning All, morning Toni
Well I didn't enjoy this weekend at all. I was planning on doing a huge clean up and got ALL of the upsaits hall stairs and landing done so that was really good :T Now gotta do the frount room, kitchen and dining room and then tackle the garden
The weekend was spoiled by a neighbour. She came down the road ranting about something that I wont bore you with ( her son is an 8 year old racist who is causing REAL probs with all the other village children) and as I didn't agree with her and basically said her son had been causing probs she went MAD  F ing and blinding like you wouldn't believe. She called me an f ing b***h in front of my kids and half a dozen others who were playing out. A whole torrent of abuse came out of her mouth like I'd never heard before and all in front of the children.
The Tadpoles were really upset and although I don't like this person anyway it was very upsetting to be shouted at like that. So although it's no excuse I did compfort eat this weekend. I didn't have a full on face stuffing binge, but I did have toast, about 12 sweets, 2 peices of flapjack, 2 packets of crisps, and then some more toast. All that was spread over the day so it was no where near as bad as once it would have been.
It is my last week at work this week starting with my last day with my best friend who is off for the rest of the week. This week is gonna be tough.
I promise you all I will DEFO try and be sensible today, and get back into the swing of things.
I'm not gonna worry about the overeating this weekend. It's done, it's finished. It would be unrealistic to think that comfort eating would not rear it's ugly head again at some point. I'm not worrying about it. I haven't done anything really bad so I'm not gonna apologise and that's not cause I 'm being rude, it's just if I say sorry it feels like I did something wrong, then I feel guilty et.c and we know where that all leeds don't we?
SO , new day , new start, gonna completely ignore this "woman" up at the school and get back to the normal way I was coping before.
Hope you are all OK and had a better weekend than this little frog

Morning all!
Sorry you had such a horrible weekend Frogga and well done for dealing with it so well:T.
My plan for today is:
B - porrige
L - savoury rice (HM)
D - mushroom pasta and salad
Things have gone very well for me this month, I aimed to lose 5lb and so far I've lost 6! I just hope I can maintain my focus and will power. My old clothes don't fit again just yet but by the time I go to my BF's sisters hen night at the end of next month, I'm hoping to have lost at least 10lb overall - preferably a stone. Then my old clothes should fit and I'll finally have something nice to wear again!:D
I've taken the day off today, I've been getting dizzy spells over the weekend and I think its my body's way of telling me to rest, I've been under a lot of pressure recently and working really long hours. So I'm listening to my body for once and having a me day. Might take the dogs up the Wrekin later (a big hill in Shropshire) - just a relaxing amble up today though!
Hope everyone has a lovely day!:D0 -
Morning folks:hello:
Frogga - you have nothing to apologise for!!!! In fact, well done for your restraint!
I once told my awful neighbour who was ranting at me, to watch his language as there were children about and got "they're my f*****g kids and I'll say what i f*****g want " then he told me that I should 'treat him with respect'ermmm I don't think so !! He got his come uppance and your neighbour will as well.
I had a mini magnum last night and 2 slices of bread and butter:mad: No excuses I just went into eating mode....
Today - soaked oats, yoghurt and berries, couscous, roasted veg and beetroot for lunch, butterbean and courgette stew with new potatoes for tea. I'll nip and get some fruit for snacks and will probably go for a swim at lunchtime.
See you later folks :A
Toni - hope your Dad's feeling better.
Rose - love Worzel

Will drink lots of water too.
Keeping it light as I'll be sitting apart from housework and dog walks, would love to get to the allotment if I get enough work done, so that should motivate me, lol:D .
I'm working on my penultimate piece of uni work today, just this huge essay to write, then my dissertation (mostly written in draft some months ago) to finish off, then I'll be qualified, YAY!!! It's been a long haul, and I should have finished by now, so will be great to get to the end.
Have a good day all, keep motivated, everyone's doing so well, we'll all soon be scouring the shops for smaller clothes:jAnytime;)0 -
