Firstly (((hugs))) to Mrs M and family.

Secondly (((hugs))) to anyone else that needs one, and well done to anyone who has lost weight.

I fear that I may also be pressing the play button on Monday with Frogga, as this week has been hopeless. My gp insisted that I take the full dose of my medication from Thursday, so I have, and I have eaten everything not nailed down. It's supposed to help me lose weight (it's Metformin, I have PCOS), not make me eat. I have felt tired, bad tempered and out of sorts, so as of today I'm going back to the half dose that seems to suit me.

I haven't posted much as I've just felt like rubbish, so please accept my apologies. Has anyone heard from MrsM? I hope her sister is as pain free and comfortable as possible.

Hi everyone not been online for a few days been poorly with cold and sickness. Seems to be loads of it going around at the mo.
Well done to all you loosers:T , everyone is doing so well.
Anyway i'm pleased to report a 0.5lb loss:j . Not much i know but after the disasterous wk end i had i'm very pleased.

Pebbles - My fitflops have now arrived and i've been trying them out for the last couple of days. They are suprisingly comfortable (i dont do toeposts, they normally rub but these are fine). They felt a bit odd the first time i wore them but it doesn't take long to get used to them and my legs definately felt like they'd worked harder. Just to see how good they really are at toning my legs i've taken my measurements and will check them in a few wks to see if there's any improvement. My friends mum has a pair and swers by them, she said they are really good for anyone with lower back pain and she seems to think her legs are more toned. We'll see tho. I'll keep you posted.
    Thighs - 24.5"
    Hips - 41.5"

B - Bagel and scrambled egg
L - HM tuna and pasta salad
D - Not sure yet will have a rummage through cupboards and freezer and see what i can find.

Well, what an emotional day

Had a lovely send off from work. All my friends had gone to SO much trouble.

I was presented with my Kick stall all decorated in ribbons and bows and stickers with 3 big baloons attatched. I'm THRILLED that I've been allowed to take my kick stall as we've been together for YEARS and Mr Frog carpeted the seat when I was pregnant with Tadpole 1 , 12 years ago ,so I would really have missed it :o

I had a beautiful rose bush from one of friends, a little chrystal frog, a metal "junk" man that one of my arty friends made from nuts and bolts ( He's BRILLIANT!!) an original painting of a dog that one of my friends did herself ( it's beautiful) and vouchers for a garden centre from everyone that was an amazingly generous amount :o

I feel so lucky to have been given so many beautiful things and it's so sad to go, I'll miss them so much.

Tomorrow I'm not in work as today was officially my last day but everyone is comming round here for lunch in 3 shifts and we're having a garden party :j I'm making chilli and jacket pots and salad and apple pie and ice cream for pud or gateaux :T It will be a brilliant end to a lovely week.

Keep thinking about Mrs M ~ hope all is ok and that sis is comfortable :A

    Post later xxx

It's a little round stall on wheels that we use to sit on when tidying the books or stand on to reach the top shelf. Yo've probabbly seen then in Sainsbugs et.c. You kick them around to move them on to the next shelf. We've got about 20 in the whole library that are all smart and red and new and shiney but the one I always use is old and shabby with a carpeted top and the words "Fogga's kick stall hands off!" in permanant marker around the side :D and now it's mine forever :j
