Sorry MrsM :silenced:
Well the fish & chips was delish  tonight and I've got a week b4 my next weigh in to try and eat a bit better so I'm not too worried about it. :A
ME I've sent you a PM

Angelnikki glad you liked your fish & chips. We had the same tonight, only they were home made and scrummy. It is one of the few things I fry (using HM breadcrumbs), but the chips I do in the oven with hardly any oil
DS2 won't eat fish from the chippy (prefers jumbo sausages), but he will eat mine (coley tonight, lovely and sweet). I do like tea from the chippy every once in a while though (well, once every 2 months or so!).
Had a good day in the garden today, got lots of weeding done, cut down my comfrey and chopped it up and then buried it where I will be growing my climbing french beans. It is full of potash and breaks down really quickly. Got my wigwams up and plan to get the beans in tomorrow, with courgettes in-between. I also have to sow my carrots, lettuce and beetroot seeds...a bit late, but have only just got the bed ready. I expect it will rain tomorrow, so I will have to don my raincoat, but I will get the seeds sown! Some of my tomato plants have a few baby fruit on them already, hopefully next week it will get warmer...so that more flowers and fruit can form better.
Now off to bed.
Have a good weekend

morning all,
STS this week but fall into the band of people that exhale relieved at that news. Try as I might I can't concentrate on foody things at present but at least it means that I'm not pogging myself when I go on automatic pilot.
Congrates to all those that lost this week. I did consider having a few weeks off the thread to regroup as I can't get my head together for this and I'm not getting a chance to read about u all each day but I think I know where that will lead... straight back to 22 stone + .
So I'll press on as I have, posting when I can, and quietly praising all your successes.. you're all doing wonderfully!

Morning all, pleased to report that despite my Thursday slip, I have lost 1 lb yay! Although the scales did wobble between STS and losing for quite sometime before settling on a loss

Today is my take away day so I will enjoy a lovely curry this evening but I do opt for the reduced fat version so its not as bad as it could be
B: Nothing

Channa massala and boiled rice, 2 poppadoms, raiita, apple crumble for pud made by my lovely friend 0 -
Oi you Lot!! There's nowt wrong with being an egg-nor-a-mus! I too, have trouble with said poultry products......why do people have to equate the ability to boil an egg with every other cooking skill anyway

Have to say that I tried a rather lish-sounding tin of Tropical Fruit Salad that was unbelievably disappointing, but hey-ho..it upped my 5-a-day for yesterday:p
Think it could be the Jacket Pots for dinner today, as we've not had them yet. I know I keep [strike]threatening[/strike]suggesting them, but the offspring are not that quick to partake of my generous offer:o
So scuz the view SIZE=1]you might want to go into another room or it'll give you nightmares
anyway...whilst distracting myself i have knitted this
I still need to fnish him off-but i didn't start him until late last night

stops me from filling my face and stops me thinking at the same time
