I was very good yesterday, even tho it was No1 offspring's b'day...their choice was for roast lamb & black forest gateau, so I had one likkle beetaity with LOADS of veg & a diddly yorkie & bit of the meat.

Cuz No2 doesn't eat cream, custard, gravy, blah-de-blah-blahSIZE=1]bluddin nuisance cuz won't even TRY to taste it![/SIZEthere was a double choc gateau too so I had--hand on heart--a sliver of that with a little drizzle of cream. MMmmm:rolleyes: ...sounds bad doesn't it, but the puds were MrT frozen ones for around a pound each so no real size considering there were five of us plus assorted neighbours who had a share:p

What is it with trying to be good this week? I've almost gone around the house with a crowbar to lever up the stuff that IS nailed down where I've been so ravenous...is it cuz the weather has cooled again I wonder?

Good Luck for the w/i peeps, & Best of all Wishes to those with things other than weight-loss on their minds:o

    Afternoon all

Hugs to toni and mrs m hope things go ok, also to anyone else that needs one!

Excited to report a 1Ib loss :j thats 6Ibs in 3 weeks and only 1Ib to go till I've reached my JIJ target! I'm really pleased with myself considering I was not so strict with myself last week...makes me wonder what the loss would have been if I'd tried harder!

Had lovely food last night, roasted veggies and brown pasta ....was delish!

    Food today:

B- crunchy nut & semi skimmed milk
L-Fish paste sandwich and half a packet of crisps :o I couldnt help myself!
D- Quorn sausages, baked beans and sw chips (only a few though) with a fruit salad for afters. Friday is our night where we would have used to have a takeaway so instead we have something a bit different from the usual salad/vegetables/potato list!

Well done to all the losers and those that sts :T good luck to those still due to weigh in!

    Evening Guys,

Just felt a bit fed up ~ wont bore you with the details, oh alright I will bore you with them.......................... Just picked Tadpole 1 up from school as she had stayed late for a play rehersal and a friend ran over to the car "to have a look at your mum" and I found it SO mortifying!!! Dont want ANY of her pals to see me until I've lost all the weight :o I just dont want any of her friends saying " oh, Tadpoles Mum is really fat" and teesing her

Felt so fed up I wanted to come home and eat all the flapjack in the pantry. I really want some to cheer me up cause I'm cheesed off. I wont thought, dont worry. I know it would defo cheer me up as it's really yummy. But later tonight I'd be really fed up. Even more fed up than now, and it wont solve anything will it? No Frogga it wont :o

If I just carry on being in control I'll be sooper dooper slim by Christmas and that's when Tadpole 1 has her birthday so she can invite some friends round and feel proud of her yummy mummy  I know ,I know it's not what's on the outside et.c , but it is when you're 12

Have a good evening peeps, gonna spend a lot of time doin a HUGE clean up over the weekend so might not get chance to post so be good, and I'll catch up when I can xxx

    evening my lovlies

    Mrs M and Toni xx((((((((HUGS)))))))))xx

well i havent even dared get on the scales today, as my post earlier in the week said i have lost control a bit so i thought id go bk on WW point to get things back, day 1 went ok, and since then i have eaten everything in sight, as usual i have rebelled against the points so i have prob put on

i should have remembered all your advice on here that as soon as you start having to count things you get obsessed with food!!!

so, back to o/s ways it is, i have common sense, just need to start using it more!

We have changed our holiday plans too, my problems with my hand/arm are getting worse and i dont wanna chance going abroad and it getting worse while im there so we are going to center parcs instead (phew so no bikini for me), i am quite pleased, i really love it there, certainly as i cant get any mobile reception too! :rotfl: i still want to lose at least a dress size though before we go.

i dont want to embarass myself my listing my food today so i wont!

ps Mrs M - those little soldiers are fab!! is there anything that you aren't fab at :D

Frogga - Congrats on getting under the next stone! :T please PM me what you secret is, pretty please

    have alovely wkend everyone.
Please be nice to all moneysavers!
