Hi everyone. Dont know whats wrong with me at the moment, i seem to be starving all of the time. Im definately eating enough and drinking plenty of water and its not mtotm
. Anyway my friend is coming over tonight and has offered to get us a take away. Not had one for months so thought to hell with it why not. I'm off on a mega long walk tomoro so i'll burn it all back off then. Yay just had e-mail to say my (hopefully) super duper fitflops are on their way. I felt really guilty after ordering them as they're quite expensive for what they are so my darling mum said she would pay for them for my birthday:D. Hopefully they will do what they're meant too and i'll soon have super toned pins to show off. I'll let you know how i get on with them.

Hope no one minds me talking about poo but................... I'm not as regular as once I wasI don't know what I'm doing wrong
I used to go to the loo every morning regular as clockwork but now it seems to be every 2~3 days. I've upped my afternoon snack to include 4 prunes but that's made no difference. Any advice so that I can start doin it and not just talkin it

Not drinking enough, or maybe just eating less? Seriously though go to the Drs if it doesn't improve soon--unexplained changes in bowel function should be checked out asap!Anytime;)0 -

Frogga, how can you have trouble "going" on a vegan diet??
Do you drink tea? As soon as I have my first cup of black tea each morning I'm straight on the throne.
If any of my kids are having trouble I get them to drink lots of juice. When my middle one was a baby he had terrible trouble and the doctor told me that lots of liquid is the most helpful thing. It loosens things up.
