Hello folks,
Feel like poo, headache has developed into a migraine:mad:
I went to the canteen at lunchtime and ordered a jacket with beans and cottage cheese, little man was very attentive asking me did I want the cheese on the spud or on the side etc........got back to the office and opened it to find I had beans and ..........coleslaw:mad:
I couldn't be bothered walking back but will have to count it in my syns
JS's have got a 25% off all theirclothes sale:D I stopped on the way home and I got a going out top that was reduced from £18 to £9 and then got 25% off on top :T :T :T
All I need now is somewhere to go out to.........
Tis true Frogga, when you are 12 appearance is everything. I remember having a pair of pink dungarees  ( it was the early 80's) and thinking I looked the bees knees but my son HATED them and refused to even acknowldge me if he was with his mates and I had them on :rotfl: :rotfl:
Right, I'm off to put my feet up and have a nap!
I've had pasta with mushrooms, asparagus (whoopsed in JS) and pesto for tea.0 -

This makes me so mad Rockie, I hate it when my good intentions are undone by other peoples mistakes. Like finding people have put butter or mayo in a sandwich or used lemonade insted of soda in my drinks .
Well today is not saintly but I have been much better than yesterday so not expecting to lose anything when I weigh tomorrow, I would be pleased to STS.

Hi Everyone
((((Hugs))) to those that need them - geeze there's a lot of carp going on out there. Come on to say that I've STS this week, not too bothered as along with several others on here - if it's not nailed down I've eaten it:o . Went out for a meal last night (and 1/2 bottle of wine!) so the damage wasn't so bad.
Good luck everyone and well done to those that have lost :T :j0 -

Hi all,
Quickie before I settle myself down with a cuppa, Frost, and a bottle of nail tip whitener. I loved my french nail do the other week. Unfortunately can't afford to pay someone else to do them all the time so, with a party to go to tomorrow night, I've bought the stuff and am going to have a go at doing them myself!! Already done the easy bit, the base, and I'm hoping my hands are steady enough to do the all important white bits now... can't be that tricky, can it???
Well done to all you losers and STSers today:T ... particularly Frogga:T for getting into the 16s (and no Frogga, shovelling down flapjacks won't solve anything at all!!;) )
((Hugs)) to Toni and Mrs M, thinking of you xx
Right, off to stick the kettle on and DIY my nails.0 -
message to all of us (frogga included) who resist temptation when words hurt us...
I wanted to come home
and eat all the flapjack
Eat them and eat them
but not put the weight back?
So what did I do
I left them right there
Uneaten
I'm not gonna be beaten.
