    Morning all,

Got my test results back today. Of course I had to wait 2 boring long hours for them with sickly people sniffing, coughing, etc next to me. :D I do have high chol & also have a very underactive thyroid & have to have an ultrasound next week and was put on some tablets. I should be all better soon. :D Got home about 2pm and I'm just about to do some sewing now. Just finished my cuppa.

PenPen I wasn't nasty. I was just pointing out you had some dirt on your snout.:D
Tired Mum Enjoy Nice. Will you be sending me any pics this time? ;)

    Morning gang,

Its really cold here, but looks a bit windy, which is good for the washing, I will put it in now, then it will be ready when I get back from the school run, other jobs today include buying road tax £170  , ( mot tomorrow  ), good job I have saved for both of these.

Make as many lasagnes as I can out of the mince I have in the freezer, make a pasta bake for thursday tea.

I missed a bit of grouting in the bathoom yesterday, so will do that, it really brightens it up, and well worth the effort.

Smoky, hugs to you and smokelets.

    penpin hugs

Mrs Mix, how are you doing ?

Candygirl, I know you don't have a lot of time to pop in, but I do hope your dad is ok, and not suffering too much xx

Martyn, Hope you and your Joooooooooooooles are ok :D , you could always teach her to knit if you run out of things to do :D;)

    Morning everyone,

Hope all the poorlies are feeling better this morning.
There was a frost this morning:eek: and it took me a good few minutes to thaw the car out, i could hardly believe how thick it was on the windscreen.
I`ll have to check on my seedlings when i get home, i hope they`re all ok as they`re all outside.

:grouphug: for Metherer - sorry to hear about your job.

Meanmarie - hope that your DH is ok and that everything works out well for your hols.

Smoky - hugs for you and the lo`s too.

Well i forgot to put the bm on last night so i put it on to do a rapid loaf this morning, otherwise there will be no bread for later when i need to make sandwiches for DH to take to w**k tomorrow, hope he remembers to take the loaf out to cool before he leaves the house.
I need to do a fair bit of cleaning upstairs too later so i hope i`ve got the energy:rolleyes:
Must dash now as there`s lots to do.
    Have a good day everyone.

    Morning all.

SMOKY - (((hugs))) to you all.

    MRSMIX - (((hugs))) to you

MEANMARIE - (((hugs))) to your DH

DLB - glad you enjoyed your time as a couple and well done on that brilliant weight loss!

DONNY-GAL - good luck with the mammogram and hope your sinusitis is clearing up. (((Hugs))) to your Dad.

ARKONITE BABE - good luck with the stitches.

    CHURCHMOUSE - :hello: :hello: :hello:

KYLE - have pm'd you re PENPIN

MARTYN - hope you and 'ya Julie' are having a great time together!

Well, I need to have a shower in a minute but I'm waiting to make sure DH has gone to work. He's left his 'best' pencil behind but I don't think he'll be back just for that - it'd be a waste of fuel! His car has finally had the new brake caliper fitted and then we remembered that the MOT is due tomorrow so that's something else that needs sorting out. He knows it will fail - it's just waiting to see why and how much it will cost to get through!

I need to get to the gym today so I am going to race through my chores. I need to make a bread pudding and some flapjacks; Pink's d**k cake is nearly all gone now - it's been a great success and will be repeated often, though I'm not sure it will always have the same decoration on the top!

It's very sunny here with blue skies but still a little cool - I hope it warms up again soon - it's nearly June!

Well, I'd better go and get showered - see you all later.

Morning all  hugs to those that need or want them :) Sorry I've not popped in for a few days - it's been manic here, I have a load of crazy unattainable targets to meet and it's exam week for the little ones (I'm sitting in on another one this afternoon). It's also rowing season up here, so avoiding my boss is a must as he comes to work "in the zone" and is dreadfully aggressive when he's like that!

We have a flat inspection today, but we don't have to be in for it. I sort of feel a bit like my privacy has been invaded with these, but such is life :)

have a good day all, cel x

If they don't want to go, that's absolutely fine. They sound perfectly sensible enough to make up their own minds. I'd tell people that it was their choice, and therefore not up for discussion.

Best wishes to you all, Penny. xx
