Ds1 just came and asked me if he could have some toast before he went to bed. I told him all we had was homemade and he said i know it smells really nice. He just made some toast and said your bread is actually really good. I've only been trying to tell him that for the last 18 months.

lol, oh holly, that made me laugh :T

Evening ladies and any gents that may be hanging about

Feels like a long day already and it aint finished yet.

I am going to make an effort to actually so some of the list this weeks, but I may not be able to read all the posts, so apologies for not responding to you all.

    So far today

I was up at 630 and left for work at 7.20
Back home at 4.45 and managed to get tea on table for 5.15 - rainbow trout JP and salad.
Changed and left house at 6pm for DS presentation for his Junior Sports leader award and Bronze D of E with Dame Kelly Holmes. Her speech was so inspirational.
    Home again at 8.30
    Time for a quick cuppa
Then watched waking the dead - ME TIME!

Now posting to ensure I do something from list so will

Clear and wipe surfaces and table
    Wipe small appliances
    Wipe cupboards and large appliances
    Clean filters and drawers
Sweep (but not mop floor - might use a wet wipe on the mucky bits :D )
    Make packed lunch for DD

and get in bed by 1130 :rotfl:

Hopefully will get back with an update later
Mortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!

Just done a quick HHC. Bedtime for me now. Up at 6.30 as I'm looking after my cousin's LO tomorrow. Wont be doing any flying and probably not much posting (although it'll be an improvement on last week when I was hovering over LO every minute she slept so I might be able to keep up with the thread ;) )

Pigpen - hope I haven't upset/insulted you over the football  I'm very sorry if I have. I would never do that to you or anyone else for that matter xx
